Hibachi Sushi Buffet — Restaurant in Raynham

I don't recommend it. when i walked in with my wife and my 11 year old son, the place was dead. when the waitress walked us over to our table she was cussing us out in chinese to her 3 coworkers that were just standing there and watching us, i understand chinese but i let it go, the food might be good but i was wrong. the food was cold, bland, and tasted awful. the food was grey and the meat was dry. I paid 17 per person {51 dollars| for garbage food. the hibachi chef was rude and swore at everyone that took sushi off the dishes. when we went to sit down the waitresses were constantly watching us and making rude remarks. they kept walking around our table and watching us. when my son went to the bathroom a man went in after him, when my son came out he said the man was standing by the stall and when he came out of the stall the man was watching him until he walked out. i went to confront the man but he started speaking chinese and speed walked away. i sat down and tried the prime rib and sushi and it was bad. the sushi smelled and tasted like cleaning product while the rib was chewy and had no flavor. Their desserts were terrible and the cakes fell apart in crumbs in my mouth. i asked to pay and used my discovery credit card. they said it was declined which was a lie since i got no notification and i didn't spend any money on it, so i paid with my other card and for picking up my plates and getting us drinks, she decided to take out a 13 dollar tip without asking and demanded even more with gratuity [which i tipped them 0$ for gratuity] after they took out 13 dollars of my hard earned money, after not tipping gratuity they were visibly upset. horrible place, got food poisoning. if i could rate with negative...

As I always say, tastes are very individual so accept this as another point of context.

Pro’s: Salad bar, and fruit were the usual buffet options, but seemed fresh and plentiful. The corn on the cob was a very nice touch. Con’s: Just about everything else. Most of the items I tried were somewhere between not good and horrible. The shrimp were not fresh on the hot bar, the chicken finger was inedible, the rice and the chow mein were at best awful, and the various chicken products on the buffet were mostly breading, sweet sauces, and just plain not good. Was going to try the hibachi, but all of the meats looked like they had been sitting out and unrefrigerated for a long while. Was not going to risk it. The other area of complaint is the service. I was greeted by someone just lifting up one finger and walking me to a table And walking away… eventually, a waitress came over and asked for my Drink order. That was the last time I saw anyone until paying the bill. I gave the waitress my credit card. She came back with the credit card receipt in a little metal tray. Do not risk your health. Horrible. Food poisoning. Avoid this place. We went in on a Sunday evening. Should have known to walk out. There was barely anyone in there and when we walked up to the buffet the food was minimal. It was like leftover scraps of food that look so discolored, stale, and cold. Against our better judgement we grabbed a plate and ate a little. The food was cold not even warm. The food was disgusting. The staff were so rude they were cleaning the restaurant 2 1/2 hrs before closing. The same girl cleaning the floors got me a soda with her same dirty rubber gloves. The rice container was filthy. The staff kept opening cupboards underneath the buffet trays to get old rags and sponges to clean. I am so disappointed in us for eating there. Towards the end there was some sort of water leak right in the buffet area with staff yelling. The place is filthy. The food is filthy. To end the story my husband and I both have horrible food poisoning. Do not risk your health. Always put yourself first people .
