Arby's — Restaurant in Raytown

The evening shift, people, seem awkward.....They'll ignore you and talk amongst themselves for a lil bit, before approaching the counter(fully), to take your order, or anything, at all, really! They act like you're weird, just for coming in, and disrupting them (even when they're not busy)! The chicken tenders are more like finger numbs or nuggets...whatever...and they wont assume you need marinara for your cheesesticks or arby or horsey sauce for your beef&cheddar, etc...They'll set the bag down, watch you grab it, and then look at you like they're zombies, when you ask for these condiments, that are a given🤔Like, you're the idiot for not mentioning such things, during your order🥴Like, "How dare you wait til orders up, to ask about sauces!" LoL. Its just silly. I'll just use the drive thru, from now on. No big deal. No real bad complaints. Its just awkward! Its not just me, either, cos I saw em do it to others, as well..... I thought the whole idea of ordering online, was, so that when ya get there, its ready or almost ready...right?? No. They hadnt even begun workin my order this last time, and only had 1 drive thru customer, the entire time, I waited for them to acknowledge me and make the order....i told em i ordered online. Girl saw the order and then so i thought they began working on it. Nope! 5 minutes later, Im asked if I want to cancel my order! What?? No! Feed us!! LoL. THEN....15-20min later, we finally got out...

My friend and I requested extra extra cheese on our roast beef and cheddar sandwiches and WOW that's what they did! First time ever did we get the sandwich made like we really wanted it to be done. It was so ooey Gooey good today. Best sandwich ever! Thank you ladies for the excellent gift today at Arby's ❤️ and Merry Christmas again for both of you. I have in the past 8 years experienced a few issues from this location for a variety of things, and I have spoken with the manager over a few of them. But never have I ever had the extreme courteous treatment like I received today and it was really nice from the two ladies that were there today on Christmas eve late in the day. Great sandwich today! Great service all the way around today! And I have to say that was how I felt after I got home with my meal and discovered that they had really listened to our requests which I have ordered it like that so many other times before and I had never had so much cheese added like they did today. Well I guess that's enough of that LOL 😆 And no, I don't smoke pot! 🤣 Thank you Ladies! Update 8-12-23 the app for Arby's is showing items that are not available anymore and is affecting some staff members in a way that is detrimental to the operation of the Raytown store. Putting the sides upside down is intentional and is meant to cause anger and corporate only wants to throw food at you...

Arby's is getting really expensive and extremely skimpy. It used to be worth the money bc they always hooked it up on the portions so you felt like it was worth it, quite simply because well, IT WAS. Now, it's all so small! The large drinks look like a medium at anywhere else, they give you the same cardstock holders for fried goods but they aren't even half full!!! The sandwiches are mostly fluffy bun and so little meat. It's just not the Arby's we know and love. I don't like this. Plus to add insult to injury my jalapeno poppers tasted really old. Like REALLY old. Not sure what that's about but it was not okay. The service was pretty good, the lady presenting and taking orders is always very happy and polite. Very sing -songy with how she speaks and it's kinda adorable. I hope she receives the praise (emphasis on the RAISE) she deserves. She's worked at this Arby's for quite a while and still is as personable and sweet as ever. In fast food, that kind of tenaciously upbeat spirit is truly...
