Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Raytown

My daughter and I are frequent customers here and we normally receive excellent customer service but today we received the absolutely worse service ever! Ally or Allie had the absolutely worse attitude. She begin to hand me the wrong drink and I politely told her that it was the wrong drink. She immediately caught an attitude and as she handed me the right drink she said “You’re welcome” before I could even say thank you! I asked her for her name and she hesitated to give it to me. Then I asked her for supervisor name and she refused to tell me and I asked politely a few times and she still refused and told me to I call corporate! We did absolutely nothing wrong but tell her it was the wrong drink! Was we supposed accept the wrong drink!!?? We will never go back here as long as she works there and we usually go about 3-4...

I come to Dutch Bros almost every single day I enjoy the atmosphere the courtesy that the employees give the customer is excellent I do not know their names but it's the same people and there's even people that work evenings to work in the morning time I have been coming here for over a year now I tried it out and advice from a friend I always get the same thing in Dutch Bros never fails me the kind words they say the good morning I get every morning and you can tell none of it is fake I appreciate the courtesy the time and the patients that they have with me cuz I always do not come in there prepared but they seem not to mind at all and still be professional and still get the job done the right way Dutch Bros you have my support 100% and you guys...

I went here on Saturday... and something in my drink tasted sour. Like it was bad. I came back and explained how it tasted sour and the girl kinda argued with me about and was telling me the dates were good on everything and I probably just didn't like the drink. I have had this drink before. I am at dutch bros every single Saturday. She kept assuring me I wasn't going to get sick. When I never said I worried about getting sick. I was just explaining something was off. They did still make me a new drink... which that one tasted fine. I just didn't appreciate the slight argument or disagreement. I wasn't rude nor was I even upset about my drink tasting off. I was just simply trying to do the right thing by letting them know something wasn't...
