Yesterday on 06/04/2020 at 6:05 pm I came into the subway which is in the Walmart off of 350 hwy. The worker was in the store by himself with no help. He informed me that he didn't have time to make more cookies and that i wouldn't be getting them. We ordered 6 and got 0. Following that none of our order was made correctly. On all three of our sandwiches they put the wrong bread on them. We paid extra for guacamole on one of them and got nothing. Furthermore they were out of bottled soda, so we got nothing. The store was out of kids toys for our kids meal we ordered. Also they had none of the chips we ordered in stock. So in our mind they didn't fulfill the order at all. I want a refund for my 24.40$ as we did not eat the food because all three sandwiches were totally different than what we ordered, it wouldn't have mattered anyway considering by touch all the food was ice cold (even though we requested them to be toasted). Also i would like to speak on the character of the so called manager "Rodger" as he offered no help and got loud with my fiance over the phone. I did not put up with that at all. I called the store and he treated me completely differently than he treated her. Not only does the lazy worker that made my sandwich need to lose his job but so does the manager that does not respect women. I would think that would be different considering his immediate supervisor is a female. I expect a remedy to this issue and will not be visiting another subway in the future. I understand this post was made from my wife's account but this is her Husband speaking even though "Rodger" is the only one that...
Read moreThe first time I went to this location, the employee was really slow, and I mean REALLY slow, even just putting their gloves on. It was lunch rush and even with a line behind me, another employee sitting at a table in the break area did not once offer to help. Nor did the employee making my sandwich ask for help. Great time to take a break. I was so perturbed with the service while it was happening that I didn't even notice the employee was not wearing a mask (Covid mandate) while making my sandwich, until my daughter pointed it out to me when we left. I swore to never go there again. However, months later, this morning to be exact, I was in Walmart early and noticed a different employee working the line at Subway, so I thought to try it out again for lunch, hoping for better service. This time the sandwich maker was a little bit quicker, not by much.....moving slowly, working solo (during lunch rush!), needed to stock salami and pepperoni, mask kept falling down, didn't think to make both mine and friend's sandwich at the same time, both the Italian: simple, low maintenance sandwiches. Line was long again. Customers behind me left because of the slow service. Never going back, never. Stop hiring slugs and people who are in not compliance with Covid /...
Read moreMy husband is a disabled, retired veteran. One day we stopped in Subway after shopping at Walmart. My husband happened to be wearing an old Army PT shirt. Another customer struck up a conversation about the military. While the female employee started making my husband's sandwich, she said, "I hope you feel ok with yourself going over there and killing innocent people." We were dumbfounded. None of us knew what to say because we couldn't believe what she had just said. We paid for our food and left. Also, I understand that Subway is a franchise and not every restaurant has to participate, I think it's really crappy that this particular restaurant (and also the other one on 350) didn't honor our veteran's this past veteran's day by doing the free 6 inch subs like most of the other Subways do. No, they don't have to, but it would've been nice, and I just think it kind of sends a message when you as a franchisee choose to opt out of such an easy way to thank...
