I've decided after the last two visits to this location not to return here. On May 1, 2025 my order was incomplete and I was told it would be corrected at next visit. My return visit on May 5, 2025 after I was given correct dish, I did a new order. Upon arriving home, my new order was incomplete. I contacted a manager by name of Allison or Allyson who was apologetic and was told the second order would be compensated. It was starting to feel like I was running a scam, picking up the order and saying I didn't get all of it and having to return for my correct order (twice in a week.) which irritated me all in the span of a week . I mentioned to the order taker on my return May 6 (name on receipt says Karol) my irritation and maybe as a dissatisfied guest I might be compensated with maybe a cabbage roll, crab rangoon, drink or something and she left the window and returned saying the manager would not do. I asked to speak to the manager myself and she left and returned and said manager was not there and she was left with authority to decide on such matters...What?? first wrong orders and now lies? After a little bicker, she stomped away from window, literally threw a rangoon in a bag and thrust it to my son with the condescending "Have a nice day" customers get when you have an angry server...nope, not worth my time or money anymore. I can understand a mistake on an order but not nasty attitudes with servers who don't understand the reason they are there is because of happy customers! Read moreIt’s not ok to serve cold shrimp that’s meant to be hot. It’s a food safety issue. I don’t know how long this premium entree sat cool, not even room temp. I didn’t have the time to turn around to have them fix it. I was omw to get my kiddo from school from the other side of town. If you don’t have the food hot and ready, give the patron an opportunity to select an alternative that’s fresh and ready to go. Would very much appreciate the company taking the time to fix the mistake. I have a weak immune system & cannot risk eating something that’s possibly been out too long. When I say it wasn’t even slightly warm, I mean there was literally no way it had been properly kept in the correct temp environment for it to be safe to consume. Please please please do better. There’s so many people who would be hurt by not caring about food safety. The chicken dish was great, lo mein, & super greens were the perfect temp. They served me fried rice that was literally scraped off the bottom of the bowl, as well as giving me a serving of broccoli beef that had only 2-3 pieces of beef with the rest being broccoli. I also attempted to order a single crab Rangoon and despite them doing that many times previously, was told repeatedly by the employee that they can’t serve only one and that I was wrong, it had to be a full order of 3. I asked him to check that with a manager, who promptly came and completed an order for one crab Rangoon on the register. Additionally, I had to wait on orange chicken, which is fine, but once it was ready, the employees began serving other customers from that fresh batch of orange chicken instead of fulfilling the order I had already paid for and was still waiting on.
