Family Court Judge Rowley is not impartial. Gave my granddaughters away to relatives I should have been able to trust. Not the proper jurisdiction. These relatives were strangers to the girls. Guardianship was only temporary. Everything was fixed. I'm sure of it. Refused to vacate emergency custody order that never should have been granted. Never addressed me at all but knew I was the grandmother. My GD's home County was Philadelphia. I live in Montgomery. We were treated badly by every person we came in contact with. They had a connection to the courthouse. Some lawyer friend. Same guy that notarized not my daughter's signature. They cut off all contact with us, the only family they knew. There's no way what they did was legal. Now my granddaughters refuse to speak to me. Or their parents. There are some terrible people...

Waste of time- a child expressed feeling unsafe, receiving verbal abuse and verbal threats and it’s all “hear say”- then dismissed! Ok let’s wait until the threats come true then maybe they’ll see the child is in danger. Not even reviewing previous history of abuse in the home. Very very disappointing, nothing like continuing to put a child in harms way or even speak to the child- all shot down- it’s “hear say” and me as the mom is over...

Went in for a PFA, the security people spent more time flirting, eating, and checking social media while multiple women are waiting, in extremely traumatized states, these "security employees" are acting like unsympathetic, self absorbed children.
