They Give No Fux at this Bux! The staff is so unapologetically incompetent it is astonishing. From every single drink order needing to be fixed (only to the actual recipe; how can you not know this information?), to exchanging pics and texts while customers are waiting with no orders coming out, to treating customers as though THEY are the @$$h0les for wondering why nobody is working on orders, to "managers" asking customers to go to stand in line for a drink coupon when I already waited an exorbitant amount of time for my order which nobody was working on because they were all too busy on their phones(which they were shamelessly doing right in front of me while I waited patiently ). What's supposed to happen is this. I order and pay a minimum of $7 for a drink. You make my drink. You're at work, this is what you're getting paid to do. When I look around, confused because nobody is operating the oven, and a barista asks me if I'm waiting for a sandwich and confirms my name, you should then look over and confirm that the sandwich is being made. You do not treat the customer as if THEY are an inconvenience can't see or hear what is (not) happening. After the other baristas finish sharing pictures, decide to finally put your food in the oven(empty store, btw) and finally deliver said sandwich to frustrated customer, DO NOT ask that customer to go back to the register to get a drink ticket. You, as a "manager" should have managed that situation and grabbed the drink coupon as you were approaching me to "apologize for the inconvenience". A good manager would never come over and ask any customer to stand in line or go back to take more of their time to be further inconvenienced. I do not and will not frequent Starbucks anymore because this is more the rule than the exception. I used to work for Starbucks and I know this is not what it was then. I actually cared...
Read moreNot a great experience. There were 6 employees behind the counter. It appears that they are more concerned with filling the “mobile orders”. I ordered my drink at 10:07am. I stated that it was “for here” so could I please have a real mug. The girl who took my order started looking around for a real mug and then had to ask another employee where they are that employee said “we aren’t doing real mugs”. Ok. (You’d think all the employees should know this information) There are 7 tables inside at this location. People who are waiting for their order sit at the tables making them unavailable for the people who are actually staying. My order was put up at 10:15am (8 minutes after ordering!) and when I say “put up” I mean the woman who made it put it in an area that was not accessible for me to get it and the guy working that end of the counter calling out the names didn’t get to it for 2 minutes because he was tending to the mobile orders. So, just to recap, it took a total of TEN MINUTES to get my drink. This place is VERY busy with mobile orders and should just be a drive-thru. It is not a pleasant experience to sit there with the door constantly opening and closing (at a rate of 9 times per minute!! Yes I took the data😆) and people standing all around you as you try to sit and relax. 👎🏻 And I’m sorry TEN MINUTES to get a TEA and then to not even get an “I’m sorry for the wait” or “Thank you, have a nice day” is just not a good way to...
Read moreIt's not the best experience. When I do go in there it takes me 20 minutes to get a "Grande Latte Mocha Frappuccino Chino." The staff is snotty, a nose in the air type of crowd. Seriously, I don't need a 19 year old "Baurista" correcting me when I say Large, and not Grande. I'm all for "When in rome" approach to life, but HELLO!! We're not in Rome, or Italy. If I want a Large, give me a large. Don't correct me, with an attitude, then flick you hair back as if your Kelly Kapowski...you're working at Starbucks. I respect you, and treat you like a human being. Treat me the same way, these people don't subscribe to "The Customer Is Always Right." In fact they seem to abide by the "I'm always right, you're stupid" approach to customer service. On top of that, there's not enough seating, it's always cold in their. It could be the middle of August, or the middle of February and I swear they have A/C on. Bottom line if you want Starbucks Coffee, theres othere locations, if you can live w/out it. I suggest you try another place, b/c this isnt the morning pick me up anyone should be/would be...
