K&G Fashion Superstore — Local services in Reading

This has to be the worse K&G store I have ever went into! I went in to exchange a pair of pants cause I bought the wrong ones and the service I received was horrible! The worse part was I had my receipt so it should of been a simple in and out smooth transaction which it wasn't.... I have been a customer of K&G for 4 years now and like I said worse service ever at this store... For the return I was dealing with a store manager named Soca.. she told me that I wasn't welcome back to her store again, and on top of that I didnt have the price tags on the pants and she made a big deal about that... I have never once had any problems in the past at any other K&G stores... I have always gotten treated like a human being but not today at this horrible store... I have talked to the regional manager named Dina smith and she was very polite to me unlike Soca was... In my opinion Soca shouldn't be running a store with such a rude additude... I hope they replace Soca with a new manager.... I warn everyone shopping there to watch out when you have to do an exchange at this store... they make more of a big deal then helping the customer.. I will not be back...

We came here last year and got a suit for my 14 year old son for homecoming. Our experience was fantastic. He grew and it is time for a new one and we planned to buy 2 to take advantage of the sale. It was a disaster from start to finish. We were there for 20 minutes and no one was around to help. I had no idea where to start with a suit for a rapidly growing boy. Finally, we approached an employee and asked for him to be measured. She said she could just look at him and give his size. We wanted grey and black suits but choices were very limited in his size. We finally got one suit and some suit separates and she sent us to the dressing room. She never came to check on us. The pants were way too tight on one and the jacket was too big in the chest but the arms were too short on other. Tailor tried to help with sizing suggestions and laughed at how ridiculously off these selections were. We gave up We will go somewhere that helps us and appreciates a sale. I am so embarrassed that I recommended this place to many people last year. I hope today’s experience wasnt...

A well laid out store in an area with many stores which is a little hard to find. The store contains a variety of men's and women's clothing and while I would like to see more people on the floor the woman that helped me out was incredibly helpful and helped me choose some clothes that I needed. The tailor was wonderful and appeared extremely competent.

the labeling process is very confusing about what's on sale and how much it's on sale for because when I checked out I got completely different prices than than those which were posted. I would really like them to clean their act up as far as that goes.

Parking is free and there's plenty of it and without my GPS device I probably couldn't have found it.
