Here in MA gift cards that don’t have an expiration date don’t expire. While Craig makes a superior product the customer service is severely lacking. Throwing a tantrum and banning a customer for being aware of our state regulations isn’t found in any business plan for success.

Buyer beware, great product but just don’t catch the owner on a bad day lest you too become a member of the ‘banned list’. Whatever you do do not purchase a gift card.
