I found Ivy on Instagram when looking for a new hair stylist and I am so glad I did!

I left my first appointment with something different than what I had hoped for color-wise and expressed my disappointment to Ivy before leaving. She did a great job with my hair color, but it just wasn’t what I was looking for. She was so gracious about it, she didn’t put any blame on me, even if it was on me for not communicating my hair goal properly, and immediately scheduled another day for me to come in and get my hair redone free of charge.

Ivy’s kindness made me feel comfortable enough to ask for what I wanted and needed to be happy with my hair. I felt like I was being too particular the second time around, but Ivy was incredibly understanding about it. She worked seamlessly with two very contrasting tones (which is notoriously difficult) and found a way to make them look natural in my hair.

Her willingness to meet my specific hair goals made me feel very heard and seen. My hair came out amazing and was almost exactly like the inspiration picture I had shown her.

I first went here as part of a small wedding party in November. The salon accommodated us early before bringing any other clients in, they had a very clear plan and system to make sure everyone was safe including a designated person to clean makeup in between every single touch, windows open and strict schedule so everyone could be in and out fast. We were all done with hair and makeup in less than two hours - it was so efficient, safe and amazing!

I came back in December for a hair cut by Cassandra because I truly felt safe and relaxed visiting during the pandemic. She was AMAZING! This is honestly the first time I ever went to a salon with a vision of what I wanted and she perfectly executed it exactly how I wanted it. I've been seeing Kelly for over five years now. She originally brought me from box black to blonde healthily and slowly when I first started coming. We've been dying my hair a fun and vibrant orange dye that's healthy for several years now. Time and time again she's done a great job, taken inspo pics seriously and has never left me disappointed.
