I started eating here again about 2 months ago and have not had a good experience as of yet. The middle aged short thin woman with the grey hair(I do not know her name) that works front counter always makes mistakes. Literally out of all the 8 times I ate there the last month when I'd ask for food for here she gave a a to-go bag. So i had to awkwardly prepare my own tray. When some nice elderly couple was asking for a tray as well she raised her voice at them and exclaimed "look I don't have time for that!!" "just eat it with the bag!" The lobby is messy a lot as well, which is to be expected when people have to eat food with bags as trays. I get you all must be understaffed but that is management and ownerships fault not the customers that politely ask for services they expect as default.
When I used to work there in 2011-2015 the place was a smooth and professionally running machine.. it must have real champs for regional managers haha what a joke. The sooner this one reverts back to professionalism the better. Elsewise it can shut down for all I care. This JITB has lost a customer.. hopefully more start ditching this...
