This particular Dutch Bros establishment doesn’t even deserve the 1 star rating! A zero star or a negative number would be more accurate. My wife and I have frequented various Dutch Bros shops around the Northern California area for many years now and this shop is the absolute worst. The drinks are mediocre at best but the biggest problem is the employees. Never in my life have I ever seen such unprofessionalism (for example waiting behind the car at the window for 25 minutes after they we’re handed their drinks because they just had to have a long gossip session while my wife, myself and our four year old daughter were waiting to just place our order. This was at 9pm and we were the only other car in line).
As if the overt unprofessional behavior wasn’t bad enough, these employees are flat out horrible people! Do you remember that movie Mean Girls? Think that and then multiply by at least 25! Just a few short days ago my wife went to this Dutch Bros and got verbally abused by the employee making her drink because apparently adding whipped cream to the drink was just unacceptable! My wife was courteous and polite as she always is (to a fault I may add) and she in turn gets cajoled by an employee without professional etiquette or human decency. After a 30 minute drive home, she was and had been in tears!
This incident was the tipping point after an endless series of unsatisfactory experiences at this particular Dutch Bros establishment. After my wife issued a formal complaint to the corporate office, they respond by saying they would be giving additional coaching/training and then gave her $10 on her DB app. How insulting! They missed the point entirely! This was not an issue concerning a drink that didn’t taste good or was made incorrectly, this is an matter of professional courtesy and human decency, or rather, the lack thereof. We will be taking our business and money to other coffee establishments that know how to treat their clientele. I advise any frequenting customers of Dutch Bros to stay away from the Red Bluff shop located on South Main Street; unless getting glowering looks, rolling eyes, rude scoffing or getting verbally berated...
Read moreOn 3 separate occasions, this Dutch bros has overcharged me, messed up my order and gave me the wrong order. I’m super disappointed. The problem is, I have let them know with nothing being done. Yesterday I went and purchased 3 drinks, I took a drink of mine, which I order almost 3 times a week… and it was a frost… not coffee… and absolutely not my order. I let them know and they argued with me that it was my drink… I wanted them to remake it, but she told me it was the drink I wanted, I know what my drink taste like and that was not it. It was a frost…. I was on my way to work and left the drink there. Dutch bros is the most expensive and for the money I should be getting what I asked for. This girl had brown hair, ponytail- her eye looked red and swollen… I do not know her name but she was incredibly rude. For the money I paid I should be getting what I want. I also feel that if I’m overcharged they should compensate for that and they tell me there is nothing they can do. Read moreI ordered 2 Carmelizer drinks on ice and a blended tigers blood lemonade. It was about 9:40am on July 30th. Our barista had brunette shoulder length hair. She handed me a drink. As she handed me the 2nd carmelizer the lid popped off and coffee spilled all inside of my car on the door and carpet. My pants and blouse were soaked. This barista offered no apology. She didnt say anything. I asked for some napkins. She brought me 1 flimsy napkin. I asked if I could have more napkins since I had just had a bath in coffee. She brought me more napkins and told me to have a nice day. No apology, no offer to refill my 2/3 emptied coffee or offer of a free drink. I didnt have time to deal with it then as I had an appointment across town in 15 min. I had to go to my appointment with wet coffee stained pants and blouse. I was polite the whole time.
