The stylist I had on 12/4/2024 was able to save my hair. But the girl Kori who did my hair on 9/25/24, has no business being a stylist. Completely rude, confrontational, and most of all Put orange disgusting hair gel without my permission and when I asked her about it she made up a lie that it was to grow my hair out when in actual reality, The glue stuck to my scalp and hardened to where I was crying and spending 2 hrs every night, fighting with my hair. I had to undergo a disgusting vinegar treatment to solve this problem and lost 2 inches of hair because of it. Another issue with the gel is I temporarily lost hearing in my left ear and the back of my head and ears burn so bad it hurts to comb out my hair even tho its nice and soft now. Kwik Kuts, you need to train your stylists to ask your clients if they want the gel, if they want the shampoo or simply just ask if there are any allergic reactions. This could lead to a lawsuit.

And because of this and the rudeness of Kori I'm officially switching salons. below was before and after and yes my hearing is slowly but...

I took my 17 year old in to have her hair cut was very displeased with the service the hairdresser seem to be annoyed that she was at work.

When you walk in .... There is a Sign in sheet... you add your name and choose the services you'd like to receive. I chose the haircut and a shampoo.... however much to my surprise....the hairdresser was not pleased at all that I wanted My daughter's hair washed before it was cut. She proceeded to forewarn me that it was an additional charge ( This was also noted...in bold and highlighted) So I told her I was aware and that It was fine. Then she had the audacity to roll her eyes and sigh quite LOUD!!

MY response....trying to understand why she was so upset...I smiled and said.... "has it been a busy day?" Even though my daughter and I were the only 2 Customers in the salon.

She quickly responded "No...not at all"

My husband had his hair cut here today and we are very happy with the results His hairstylist was so nice and really did an amazing job. She had redish long hair and was so nice and professional. I walked back with my husband and told her I was there for moral support and showed her pictures from my phone of haircut ideas for him. We explained that he had an interview tomorrow morning and he needed to look professional. He said he wanted a "gentleman's haircut" and she delivered! I loved that she didn't mind that I took pictures of her cutting his hair. His hair and edges are perfect. It was also nice and clean in the shop and the wait was very short. She did a great job cutting his hair and we are very pleased. We will be back. Also, the salon is next...
