Starbucks — Restaurant in Red Bluff

It was good. The girls who helped us were pretty friendly. My sister-in-law ordered a strawberry lemonade and was too sweet for her. Her friend asked to exchange it for a green tea instead, and the person who helped was being a bit rude about it. I have personally worked for Starbucks before, and I have always been more than happy to help make sure a customer is satisfied with their drink. It was unnecessary for this employee to be rude about. I mean, the Starbucks company motto is, "To inspire and nurture the human spirit - one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time". It is a customer service job, and as the employee, it is not about your thoughts or opinion on the matter, instead, it's to insure that your customers are happy and satisfied with their items. I go to multiple different Starbucks in multiple cities as I travel for work. I usually get the same friendly treatment wherever I go. I love Starbucks. This location is a stickler for the rules. I get my first pour over and then leave and walk my dog. My morning routine. I come back to Starbucks to get my 2nd cup and to get myself breakfast. The Tomato Mozzarella sandwich is my favorite. Because I have the app my 2nd cup is free. Always. These guys at this location said if I leave the store and come back I don't get my free cup. They said they'd give it to me this time. But then didn't. I mean $0.50 for a cup of coffee isn't a lot. But that's not the point. Furthermore, just yesterday there was a guy that tried to charge me for the pourover! I obviously didn't let that slide. But it seems like this location is trying to nickle and...

Staff: Very friendly service that gets to know you and is always cheerful and friendly. Always willing to fix your drink or refund you if your order is wrong. Some questionable cleaning practices from one of their staff (but haven't seen them lately so maybe they where fired.)

Room: Not much seating and could definitely use a sprucing up (tables are wobbly and bathroom needs a good scrubbing.) Wont mention prices because it's Starbucks. Iced coffee is reasonably priced, but tastes very strong and bitter but mellows out with ice. Would give 4 stars if the place was spruced up--feels weird spending Starbucks prices to sit in an...
