This place is okay. The food is average, and there are better places less than ten minutes away.
I don't sit in the restaurant, but the last time I did (several years ago), it was clean but not very modern or relaxing. It is not somewhere I really want to stop and sit in; judging from how few people sit and eat there, others feel the same. It is a casual place.
There are a lot of menu options, mostly the standard that all other Chinese restaurants offer. I think they actually have too many options and should simplify their menu; it is hard to find what you are looking for on the menu because it is so busy instead of streamline.
Since I always have delivery, the delivery service is hit or miss. I have ordered from them and had my food in less than half an hour and then another time an hour and fifteen minutes had past and they still had not delivered my food, and I live less than five minutes away. When they were running late, I called, and they had no explanation as to why the delivery was so late, I would have been more understanding if they explained themselves.
If you are looking for some average Chinese food for dinner and want to stop in to pick it up, rather than having it delivered, this...
Read moreI have passed by this restaurant for years but never stopped. Now I’m sorry I did. Even though they are located in a small town in a rural county, their prices are about two dollars higher than in Bel Air, MD for just about everything. The shrimp rolls were starchy and I couldn’t find any shrimp. Hot and Sour Soup was equally uninspired and tasteless. The main dishes of shrimp fried rice and Szechuan beef were totally forgettable. Szechuan dishes should have carrots and celery but this had the ever present broccoli, loads of slimy, limp onions and a few slivers of carrots. The beef was coated with flour and the dish was basically inedible. The shrimp fried rice was not greasy but also had no flavor. I hope your experience is better than mine but I will continue to pass by the restaurant and will...
Read moreI don't think their food is bad but the service is horrid. They're hostess or cashier or whatever the position is of the person greeting you and answering the phone is RUDE! So rude. We stopped going there but they're the only one that delivers and in a moment of laziness and extreme desire for Chinese I called them. I asked them to please remember chopsticks. I reiterated it as a matter of fact please please don't forget and what do you know they brought food no chopsticks. I called and she was unapologetic. Never a thank you we appreciate the business. I hate givin business to places that don't appreciate me spending my hard earned money at their establishment. So I'd recommend hoppin in the car and driving over to Number 1 Schezuan also in red lion. Much better service and food...
