Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in York Township

Ok, so the day we went here we needed a quick bite to eat while we were driving through... We wanted to try the new stuff crust... My husband LOVES Pizza, like all the different kinds... SERIOUSLY, so he KNOWS his pizza VERY well. First off, the guy didn't have change to give us. He said "no change you want I go to bank". It wouldn't be a big deal but we're penny pinchers, we hardly ever buy food out unless we need or really want to and He owed us $4 and some coins, so instead we gave him smaller bills closer to the amount we owed... Anyways, whatever, no biggy, the VERY ODD thing is we opened the pizza box and we're like "hmmm smells so good", and we're like, "it kinda smells like pizza Hut". We start eating it and I kid you not.. "IT TASTE JUST LIKE PIZZA HUT!" 🤨🤔 Of course we've had Pizza Hut stuffed crust, they were the only ones that had it for years and years. We have tried Papa John's stuffed crust twice since then and each time we're like, "yeahhh, now this is Papa John's". So we aren't accusing this location of pulling a quick move and pulling a little switch-a-roo but it is extremely ODD...

Papa John's just came out with their own stuff crust, it's the very first time we tried it and instantly it smelt and tasted familiar, Pizza Hut or not, the mystery will always remain...unless someone else has had the same...

We were at a meeting and ordered online saying cash. We called to see how to pay by card since not everyone at the meeting had cash. The guy who answered seemed he didn't know how to add a driver tip or give the online discount and said it went thru already. The bill came through the card higher than what was giving. When we called the manager, she didn't call back, one of her workers did but she was arguing in the background saying our card couldn't be refunded. We had to go into the store where we placed the order to get cash back because she couldn't put a refund back on the card used or replace it with the next order free only because we lost the discount when we called. I reminded them we were almost 2 hrs. away and were only in the area at a meeting. Needless to say we waited for our food for over an hour. By that time we were almost done our meeting. Beyond...

Papa John’s has completely won me over with their delivery service! My order consistently arrives before the estimated time, which is such a pleasant surprise and a rarity these days. The delivery drivers are fantastic—always so kind, courteous, and professional.

And let me tell you about the food—it’s phenomenal. Every bite is fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I’m craving. From their perfectly baked pizzas to the mouthwatering wings, I’ve never been disappointed. It’s clear they care about quality, and it shows in every order.

The only downside is that it can be a bit pricey to order frequently, but honestly, the quality, service, and reliability make it absolutely worth it.
