I’m a CT pizza nerd and have a lot of years of working/managing pizza- this stuff has really good ingredients! Thin crispy crust with lots of flavor. We had the Tartufo specialty pie and a cheese with sausage/pepperoni. Tartufo was killer. But not for everyone. Cheese had too much cheese. But that’s the standard here in York Co PA- my two cents is go light on the cheese, save your money and cut the price a bit and have customers pay extra for more cheese. Let your great ingredients shine!! We’ll be back hoping for a 5 star pie with the right balance of crust/sauce/toppings :)
