My family and I came into the shop during the Christmas stroll and order 4 drinks and 2 snack bars which came out to almost $40 not including tip. The line was long but we were fine to wait. Our 3 drinks came out quickly but they had missed one a medium iced sweet Melissa. I mentioned to the older blonde woman that and she said they would make it for me. A different girl brings out the drink but says a small and I said we ordered a medium. The older blonde buts in and says in a very rude tone with an attitude “I just made that for you because YOU said we didn’t.” I was so taken aback because I was just clarifying what size it was she then tried to down play it down by saying “I wasn’t mad at her.” to the other workers. Well ma’am you definitely seemed upset about something. I understand the Christmas Stroll is a busy night for Red Lodge but that kind of attitude is absolutely inexcusable. Super heartbreaking and upsetting. I’ve been there several times in the past but needless to say tonight...
Read moreI hate making these type of reviews, especially with a place that normally doesn’t disappoint. I had come in to get a scone and a granita, give or take a 14 dollar bill. I paid with card but had decided to give a 5 dolllar cash tip. Unfortunately the barista walked away when I selected no tip and didn’t see me give the cash. She became quite rude, and I was quite upset to find out when I got my drink she made a frappe and not a granita. I always give at least a 30% tip when getting coffee simply for the fact I know very little people tip, or are kind and patient. We all understand how the customer service world can be. I love this establishment, but the service or more or less my coffee having coffee should not depend on a tip one may or may...
Read moreI went in and stood at the counter with the other customers and I waited patiently for it to be my turn. Some other people came in minutes after I did and stood at a different location, the lady told me that they were first in line because I did not stand in the correct position. There are no clear signs directing customers as to where the line starts. She clearly saw that I had come in before the other customers and was ready to order. The proper way to have handled this could have been for her to politely point out where the line starts for me in the future and take my order at that moment. Instead she needed to prove her point I guess and make sure to...
