Went last summer. I absolutely loved this museum! Downstairs was simply breathtaking. They have a mine exhibit that made me feel like I was actually underground. It also made me think of Gorge Orwells description of a mine in Road to Wigan Pier. Witch lead to a fantastic conversation with the lady who was working. She was well informed, helpful and polite. All around it was an amazing visit. The gun collection is also wonderful. I hope to make it back at some point.

It's not a very big museum, but it is very well done with some interesting history. The basement coal mine experience is very well done!

Unfriendly staff.. we walked in with our masks on.. we're not big on wearing them but don't mind putting them on for places that require to do so. the guy working there did not have a mask on so we asked if we need to have ours on? He was very angry and rude with his reply to the point we just said "ok.. we'll see you later " and turned around and walked out.. he then followed us outside and started to yell at us while we were on the...

This Museum holds amazing historical artifacts! From their Rodeo Exhibit and state of the art Mining Exhibit, to the incredible Speaker Series and Field Trips, you can feel the love put into this place. Some of my favorite events they hold are the Montana Cowgirl Showdown and their Music at the Museum shows that feature local artists and performers. We Love Our...
