I come here a lot because it’s right by the sundial bridge. It’s so nice outside when the sun is out and it’s light and breezy. My main motivation to eat at Branch House is because of the atmosphere. I just wish everything else about it wasn’t so mediocre.

The service staff is nice, but I barely see anyone there during peak hours and they work very slowly in the kitchen. My friend and I go there usually for a sandwich and salad. Minimum wait time is about 30 minutes - for sandwich and salad! This last time we wait nearly an hour for a sandwich and some fish tacos. We had to take it all to-go because our work lunch time was ending soon. The craziest part is, there were no other customers waiting. We were the only people there sans this one small family who already had their food/drinks.

When we got back to eat our meal, the taco’s tortilla wasn’t even cooked (it was just straight out of the bag) and there was barely any fish on it. My sandwich tasted good, but the grilled chicken was so overcooked/dried out I was coughing the entire time. They also cut the chicken into tiny strips, which doesn’t make sense in a sandwich because the second you pick it up, all the chicken falls out.

TLDR: Food flavors tastes good, but prepared poorly and cooked badly. Wait times can be up to an hour even when it’s not busy. Only come here when you have a lot of time to...

Quick Summary New Sheraton restaurant that is right next to the Sundial Bridge. Food was pretty good, but I assume the low rating is because of the very long wait (as they work out the kinks). They have plenty of games, people watching, and the Sundial Bridge to make your wait more bearable

Food- 4 stars Blackberry beet salad- this was pretty good. Ingredients were fresh and tasted farm-to-table

Tacos pibil- pretty good as well. The meat was a bit dry, but balanced well with the pickled onions

Short Rib wrap- similar to the taco. Lots of flavor but the short rib was a bit dry. Having some extra aioli on the side really helped

Service- 3 stars The servers were all very nice and accommodating. It just took a long time for food (the line moved pretty slowly) and about 25 minutes for our food to arrive. Although there's plenty of attractions to make the wait more bearable

Ambiance- 5 stars Plenty of entertainment in this fast casual restaurant. They have cornhole, shuffleboard, a gift shop, checkers (haven't even mentioned the people watching and Sundial Bridge).

Bottom Line Fast casual (almost cafe) style restaurant right next to the Sundial Bridge. I wouldn't go out of my way to try it, but it's a great spot for lunch or dinner due to its location...

I was really looking forward to breakfast at this apparently upscale bistro. We were happy to discover this little place while charging our Tesla in Redding by Sundial Bridge. (Bridge very worth seeing!). We were the only ones in the line ordering at the moment. We ordered an Americano a mocha and two pastries. I asked for whipped cream on the mocha, and she said they didn’t have any. I asked if the pastries could be warmed, and she said yes. Since we had at least 20 minutes we ordered to stay but after 15 minutes our coffee and mocha still hadn’t arrived so I walked up to the counter And asked them to give us the order to go. finally someone walked over to get our pastries, apparently out of an oven and handed them to me in two envelopes, which were very awkward to hold onto along with the coffee that we now had to carry back to the car. The guy said oh did you want a bag for that And I said yes it would’ve been nice. Imagine when we left and discovered our pastries were completely cold. At six dollars a piece we were more than disappointed. The mocha was cold too. I couldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Sorry. Beautiful setting, one of the worst services I’ve ever seen at a...

If you're looking for a dining experience that combines delicious food, beautiful scenery, and impeccable service, look no further than Branch House Riverfront Bistro. This place is like a dream come true for foodies. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the restaurant. The decor is modern and elegant, with a touch of rustic charm. And the best part? The views of the river are absolutely breathtaking. It's like dining in a postcard. The food is equally impressive. The menu is creative and diverse, with something for everyone. But what really sets Branch House Riverfront Bistro apart is the service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make your experience truly special. In short, Branch House Riverfront Bistro is the perfect spot for a romantic dinner, a special occasion, or just a night out with friends. The food is delicious, the views are spectacular, and the service is impeccable. I highly recommend it.

I had stopped at this place a year and a half ago or so after a visit to turtle Bay with family and enjoyed it. This time was a different experience. They were out of probably 1/3 of the menu items. The portions compared to the price of our entrées was OK. It was two tacos for $15 and they were delicious but lacked any real flair. We also got the charcuterie board to share and were deeply disappointed. It didn’t have half of the ingredients listed on the menu. I walked by another table that had ordered the same theirs had different things than ours, but still didn’t have everything listed. We essentially got some slices of mozzarella and Swiss cheese slices cut into triangles with salami. It was very disappointing, I included a picture and the only thing missing is the few slices of strawberries. My daughter grabbed when it was set on the table.
