I don’t understand how any human being could be treated this way when paying for takeout. Unfortunately I didn’t get the servers name she also said she was in charge but wouldn’t give her name and makes me question the type of establishment they’re running here. I always come here love the food love the people that welcome me in I’ve never encountered such rudeness behavior I came in ordered with a different server ordered extra limes with my meal never was the conversation brought up that I had to pay a little extra (which I do not mind) I paid for my meal and waited in my car I came back in within about 10-15 min after ordering I checked my food (which was double knotted) asked for plastic utensils I also noticed that there were 2 lime wedges and so I asked for more then another server (the rude one) abruptly speaks up and says “you have to pay for extra” I said ok charge me she then went on saying “no we can’t charge you on a card do you have cash?” I said no she then goes on “well we need a minimum of $10 to be able to charge you for the limes” well refund me and then we can process the transaction with the up charge but all this time nothing but attitude and condescending communication from her so I ask to speak with her manager she says manager isn’t there after several times of asking for the manager she says if I’m not happy with the service that I can just leave! So now I’m demanding to speak to her manager and she calls her I had the opportunity to speak with Ann very understanding also said that it’s not the first time she has to talk to this server about her attitude and then offers to give me a full refund. Thank you Ann I wasn’t looking for a refund but thank you for trying to make things right from a small business owner to another you don’t ever know who is walking through your door I’m sorry your server caused this horrible review but I hope there’s no other customer out there that gets the same treatment I got today. And to think I wasn’t even going to go to your establishment I’m getting ready to move out of the area so I’ve been moving like crazy and went in with regular clothes maybe that was her judgement. Moral of the story don’t hire people who are giving your business a bad name nor continue to allow this type of behavior there are red flags and it will only continue to harm...

Just want to let anyone who reads this that the food is good, and the wait staff was pleasant. The reason this isn't a 5 star review is that we feel we were ripped off and lied to. The menu we were brought (and I'm rounding to the nearest dollar here), stated that our dishes were going to be $13, and our drinks would be $2: there's two of us, so that would've been $26+$4=$30 before tax. The bill came, and it was $36+$15=$51 before tax... that's about 66% more than we expected! I get the inflation / supply reasons, but nowhere on the menu was there an attempt to update prices or maybe something to tell customers to add $5 to everything. Waitstaff didn't warn us when passing out the menus that the prices had gone up from what was listed. That would've made a difference...we would've stuck with water and saved $15 from the two glasses of tea! We would've gone back a few more times while we're in the area; because the food is good, spicy, and decent portions...too bad about the lies of omission and the ripping...

This was our second trip in. About a week apart, the first time was not good either. I was giving them another opportunity to impress me but nope. We waited quite a while before we had anyone stop at our table. They were out of the beverage I asked for. The food came finally and we began to eat. The Larb pork belly was so hot that my husband was practically choking. He loves hot foods. He asked where his rice was and she said she didn't know if it came with any - clearly he's in duress and any decent establishment would have said let me get it! She brings it out and we choke down a few more bites. It seemed forever waiting for the check to come. We were celebrating his birthday and wanted to get out of there to get some stomach medicine. We put the card in the folder and had barely set it on the table when she swooped right in to get it. Now normally hee would have thought that great service but that was the only time the whole night we were given such prompt attention. Needless to say we will...
