Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Redding

I had thought Little Caesars had gotten rid of their pretzel crust pizza but I was super craving it one day so decided to stop by there and see what was up... Turns out they still had it and in stuffed crust so I was thrilled as was my partner! So we bought one, munched half of it on the drive home and devoured the rest of it within minutes of being home. It was absolutely satisfyingly delicious and just what we needed! This particular location was so nice to walk into as it was kind of a hot day and the air conditioning in there was so perfect that I wanted to live the rest of my day in there.. so many kudos and point are deserved for the cool, comfortable environment , especially considering you guys are constantly baking shit in there! Should have felt like a lava pit , but it was actually just so relieving and so comfortable and I commend places like that very much! It was also pristine and very clean and organized in there. Nothing seemed out of place, and all products seemed perfectly represented but not over the top or in your face. The cashier who helped us was also very kind, friendly and knowledgeable! Which is suxh a relief considering how horrible most people's customer service skills are these days. It's nice to not feel like an annoyance or a burden for purchasing a pizza! I almost forgot to mention one stand out attribute that almost makes it immediately prevail above all other Little Caesars far and wide!....: this location has a drive-thru which I thought was slightly mind blowing! I wasn't even stoned either... I didn't use it or anything but to be aware of such existence for future visits is always good and useful. Who doesn't love a good optional situation?! So that's my experience... For those of you who think Little Caesars is just cardboard tasting cheap pizza ( yes that is a surprising, albeit stupid true statement I have heard by a few different people... ) need to check their taste buds in my personal opinion cause it is bomb-to-the-diggety delicious pizza! And car better priced than any other "fancy" pizza establishment place. By fancy I mean more expensive than is necessary and bougelly entitled places regardless of how good their pies is. ( Yes I am aware of my grammatical error right there, it was unapologetically on purpose, although admittedly unjustified and regretfully executed.. ) I swear I'm not as dumb or mentally unstable as this review probably makes me seem haha... Just go eat their pizza cuz it's hot n ready and so delicious for reals! K?? Thanks! I'm going to go buy one right now in fact! Just writing this review alone made me extremely hungry for their Pizza. And...

The pizza is great, is the usual Little Caesars except this location has deep dish Hawaiian and Combo, which I dont have at my local one. The cashier was sweet, but very overwhelmed. i cannot blame her in any of this. Someone, in the back, who makes sure that orders are fulfilled in the order in which they come in, managed to either miss printing my ticket, or made my order and just didnt tag it. Either way, when my order was to be ready...it wasn't. The other folks coming in kept getting served as they walked up, and I had to push in and ask about mine. Twice. Finally I was told that they missed my hawaiian and that would be coming up soon. Then I asked about it again twice. A curly haired young fellow came out and asked the cashier where my ticket was, and asked me about it. I was already done with this whole thing but I waited again. More people came and went. Finally I shoved up there again, and asked, was told that it was messed up. I said that I just want a refund then. It appeared that they never made my order! Another young blonde fellow (not the other first one who created chaos at the front) and said he would refund my money and get my pizzas. I waited, and he did follow through. Apologized profusely and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. My order was to be ready between 6:15 and 6:23. I walked out of there at 7pm on the dot. I had free pizza, ranging from freshly hot to room-temp cold. I am not super sure that the refund went through as i was using a card that cannot be reloaded, so I hope that the fellow just voided my transaction... I cannot believe that the back food production line, in a chain like this, could have such a cluster crew that they ,missed orders, gave the wrong items to people and worst of all, kept adding to the problem before reconciling the ones in front of them. Probably 25-30 people came in and out with their orders before mine was finished. Whoever is the manager of the cooking crew today needs to have a diagram given to them. Take a lesson from In and Out Burger on how a fast food place should run. Thank you guys, but this...

You know, I believe that places can have a bad night and I totally understand that. But this is the second time in a row I have ordered pizzas ahead of time and get there after the estimated pick up time and our food is still not ready. So our first experience we waited 15+ minutes after the estimated time to pick up our pizza and was sent a message saying it was ready and my husband sat around for over 5 minutes to wait for someone's attention to receive the pizza because they did not put it in the portal. Then they told him it wasn't done yet, we then get home that night to cold soggy pizza and we live 5 minutes away. There was no reason to have cold pizza. Then tonight I ordered it at 5:17pm it said it would be done between 5:37-5:42, we arrive at 5:37 and it's not done yet, we waited 10 minutes they said they will have it done in 10 minutes and 10 minutes later, get a message it was done. Finally we flag someone down and they tell us it's not quite done. 5 minutes goes by and they give us the pizza we get home and AGAIN it cold, paper thin crust and hardly any cheese on top. Like seriously do your employees just let the pizza sit on the counter for 20 minutes before saying it's "ready"....
