Hilltop Center — Local services in Redding

This store is always a huge, HUGE MESS. The staff is about 70/30. That 70% are not helpful at all and 30% go above and beyond for you. But the filth in this store is gross. They have inventory but chose to just throw it out there. Prices are marked in pen, stickers, or sometimes pen on tape. Not consistent and always putting the stickers in a place where it blocks your view of the item you're looking at. The clothes are always dirty, wrinkled, stained and just jammed in the aisle. So much so that you can't look at anything unless you were to pull out a section so Hou could move garments enough to be able to actually see them. The kid's section is always disgusting. The floors are always filthy. I don't understand such laziness in a store. I know they are not all like the Redding one. I shop at these stores all over. Many different states and many different stores within the same state. By far this is consistently the most dirty second-hand store. Management should be fired for allowing what goes in there. Employees need to have set standards. Like never put anything dirty on your shelves. Take pride in what you sell and how your business looks. You all represent that store. Right now what you showing is you could care less about the store, your merchandise, and...

It's a Goodwill. There's not too much. You can put in a review. For the fact that mostly every single thing in the store has been given them for free and they turn a profit from it and don't have to pay for inventory beyond distribution centers, nor the fact that the employees don't specifically have to follow a rigid guideline when stocking shelves or placing items because it's just a free-for-all and just kind of throw it on a shelf and hope it sells, and being the fact that their employees for the most part take advantage of the government program that grants the employer to match state on half of their employees wages would have me believing that goodwill should be larger than what it is. Unless everyone of the food chains gets paid extremely high wages and salary.

This center has a lot of the little shops in an around the whole plaza you can get your pets just about anything at the pet store and if you need deniers well there is affordable deniers in just about 3 doors to the left of the corner of the building an you can always go into ruby Tuesday and find all kinds of things that you probably had forgotten about are in that really cool place. And who can forget the good old good will. Now this is the kinda shop that you are slowly stroll down each isle one at a time just so you can see everything that they have. From cd's and books to clothing for the whole family and they have shoes for days the only thing is is that every thing is used but everything there is discounts galore through out the store. But one can always use some new kitchen supplies like real nice dishes to glasses in every size and shap you could ever think of, and my personal fav is the electronics department now here is the place I love to go to just to see what all is there. There is phones computer cables to cell phone chargers. Wifi boosters coming out your ears . Yeah this is my kinda store for sure. Love...
