Customer service at this location has rapidly decreased in the recent months. Order accuracy has declined significantly. I’m not sure if there is new management, if they lost an employee…etc but there’s be dramatic changes at this location. Wait time also terrible, and if you go at night sometimes although it’s 24/hours they’ll tell you to hold on and then after a few minutes tell you they’re not taking orders, tell you they’re closed, and a few times I was told they’re waiting for the police so I’d go order at Taco Bell across the street instead and during one of those times I never seen police arrive but I did seen them start taking more orders from cars that came after me. Just terrible! Taco Bell is across the street, has fast accurate service and great customer service, I think it’s time I leave McDonald’s alone and spend my money with a establishment whom respects the people whom give them a job opportunity… their customers!
Cashier is listed as KS#13 Order 88 on Date7/27/25 I ordered a coke with no ice, then asked if they had blueberries pies, the lady taking my order said no and told me they had apple. I ordered two apple pies to go with my beverage. Before pulling up I seen my order correct on the screen. I waited in line, when I got to the window the cashier didn’t say anything she just took my card and gave me my receipt which I didn’t look at because 1)she read my order back to me, 2)I seen my order correct in the screen, and 3)she didn’t say anything about not having pies at the window while paying. I waited in line some more then pulled up to the pick-up window and was given my drink, I inquired about the pies and I was told I wasn’t charged for them and that she didn’t think they have any. I would’ve left instead of waiting in that long line if that was verbalized to me. I was told her name is Bri. Unsure if that’s actually her name but either way she has terrible customer care skills, lacks the ability to communicate properly with customers to ensure customers (the reason any of you are employed) has accurate...
Read moreSLOW SLOW SLOW. I typically come here after 11pm, the service after that is unacceptably slow. You can easily be in line for a half hour plus and be able to shut your car off. And as other people have said, you may find them randomly closed even though this is a 24hr location. They will have people inside but completely ignore you at the speaker.
Pre covid they did not have this issue and this was always a solid location. I don't care about staffing problems, if you don't have the staff to maintain a minimum level of acceptable service during late hours, they should no longer be a 24hr location. Opening and closing at random without even a posted sign at the speaker and having the employees that are there ignore you is also completely unacceptable. The Taco Bell down the street is MUCH faster at the same time of night despite having the same or even less workers, because management there actually holds them to standards.
The only reason it's not a one star review is that if you come in the daytime they can be faster, and if you actually get your food before driving away, it is acceptable just make sure they give you the right order and that everything is there before driving away. This includes checking your burgers to make sure they were made how you ordered them. Because if you leave that window and have a problem youll never be able to contact them again, they don't...
Read more:) I usually enjoy this McDonald’s but the new workers they have there need work on their attitude and customer service skills. I didn’t get his name bc he wasn’t wearing any name tags or identification.
They forgot a few things on my drive through order so I politely went inside, the door was locked and I honestly didn’t feel like going all the way around to the other door to check if it was or wasn’t locked so I knocked on the door. Thankfully a worker opened it, at first it was a nice gesture “ thank you, and sorry you guys forgot a few things “ I explained walking through the door. A younger worker mocked me walking in. I turned around and kinda looked at him for a second “ sorry my bad “ he says and mocks me a 2nd time. I go up to the counter where a really really nice gentlemen with dreads and a nice young lady is working. I explain my issue and missing items and with no problems they grab them quickly and apologize ( which wasn’t needed simple mistake the drive through ppl are human but appreciated )
I’m more complaining about this one worker in general. He will definitely know who he is based off this story. He definitely needs a good talking to for mocking customers. Tall guy ( definitely late teens ) He’s the dude with the funky voice and busted up nose :/
Everyone else is nice I really like them, except this boy in...
