SHUT THIS DUMPSTER FIRE DOWN ALREADY!!!!

Ordered online for delivery. Mins after my food should be delivered I get a text saying it has been canceled and to call the store, so I did...3x ringing over a min to voicemail so I drove up there to get my $31 order just to immediately be told it was already picked up for delivery. No biggie, this happens...except..it wasn't and delivery time was changed to 11:30 instead of my original 10:30 time...so I wait till after 11:43 when I get another text saying my order was cancelled and I call again...total of 7 calls and finally someone answered on the 7th call and told me that they did make it and it was definitely picked up...so I call doordash to make sure I'm not charged the $31 dollars thinking their driver just took my food....EXCEPT...checkers cancelled my order they found out and when they tried to call the store...shocker no one answered

This store has been flaming garbage for yrs that seems to only staff the laziest unmotivated workers that god forbid you actually disturbed their quality cell phone time with orders from their menu. Corporate just needs to shut this worthless store down or fire everyone that works there from management down and staff it with people not afraid to actually do the damn job they applied for and treat people like human beings and not as garbage disturbing their kiddy play time. Seriously this store has been garbage for over 14yrs, close it...

Where do I even start.. This has to be, hands down one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. Not only is the wait time incredibly long for fast food ( when there is one car in line,) but the workers are very unprofessional. To start, we are in the middle of a pandemic and you are working with food. So why is it that you are either not wearing a mask or the mask is half off your face? Second, you are working with customers, so why is it that you are on your phone texting right in front of me? In addition, it's fast food, not a slow cooked meal. There is absolutely no reason I should be waiting 10+ minutes for my food which then comes out cold. In addition to all of that, if you have a problem with me.. It is INCREDIBLY rude, disrespectful and unprofessional to turn around and loudly talk about me to the other workers. At least wait until I pull away. Time and time again I have had these issues and more with this establishment. I keep trying to give them chances to fix these issues but they keep getting worse. If 0 stars was an option they would have gotten that. I will be contacting corporate to let them know how disrespectful and unprofessional their workers are and how poorly they are representing the Checkers brand. P. S When I receive napkins from a restaurant with my take out, I expect them to be clean and not looking like someone has already used them. I also expect to receive more than one...

If I could rate this place a negative star I would. Just left there (it's 11:35p on 8/3) and the lady working the drive thru was a b. The biggest, rudest b I've ever encountered with any customer service. She was ghetto and rude and shouldn't be working in any position that requires her to speak to the public. It started off bad, we weren't even pulled up to the speaker and she was yelling for us to order multiple times. So we pull up and tell her to give us a minute. We're not even holding up a line, there are two cars in front of us. So even if we did place our order right away, we wouldn't even have been able to move up. She goes "can you not sit and wait to place your order until there are like 3 or 4 cars behind you in my line?" Then when my husband placed his order, he asks for hot sauce on the side for his wings and she goes "hot sauce on the side..okkkkk" like that was a weird request or something. Then I asked her what sauce came on a sandwich and she sat there and didn't answer for awhile and was like "I'm not understanding what you're saying, what do you mean what sauce? It comes with mayo. I'll let you consider that to be a sauce." I was already ready to leave from the first time she said something but then at that point I was ready to curse her out. So I just told my husband to leave.
