This location recently opened near my home, and I was excited to give it a try. My first expectations walking inside the store was that it was clean and bright. I placed a to-go order for an açaí bowl and a breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, the açaí bowl did not meet my expectations in terms of taste of the base, and the breakfast burrito was significantly smaller than depicted in the picture and lacked substance. I ordered a wrap and a peanut paradise smoothie for myself and my partner and both arrived at my doorstep via doordash. The food was great and fresh but the peanut paradise had no peanutbutter! I called up the store and Angie apologized immediately and made it right and offered to give me another one to fix it and a complementary other menu item. The person working the smoothie station is doing great. But there are only 3 people working in the store at one time. 2 people are stationed on food and they don’t know what they’re doing. Constantly has to look down at the recipe list like they haven’t trained on how to make the food and this was their first day.
