Why can't I give this review negative stars? This particular location is a joke. If you value lukewarm food, your time and your money, then never go here. My luck here is more miss than hit. Tonight, I placed a mobile order and stood at the counter for 26 minutes before anyone decided to acknowledge me. The app said my food was ready one minute before I walked in. There was nobody at the counter to greet customers and/or take walk-up orders. My food had apparently been put on a shelf to sit the entire time. The food was cold and soggy when I got it. My customized burrito ended up being a pile of lettuce inside of a tortilla. A pile of lettuce inside a tortilla! None of my add-on ingredients were even in there. Seriously, though, why does this place exist if they don't even have somebody running the counter and acknowledging what keeps the lights on? Customer service is still a thing in 2020, right? The sheer volume of people waiting for their food next to me, in a fast food environment, was astounding. Wait. Is this place supposed to be a fast food restaurant? Not anymore. It's too bad, because my family loves going here for a quick meal and it's the closest Taco Bell to my home. I'll have to take my family somewhere they don't treat customers like a burden. I suggest you do the same for a decent, QUICK AND ACTUALLY WARM meal on the go. The owner should be ashamed of the staff they have...
Read moreI'm normally a Taco Bell fan but not today and have deleted the app from my phone. I stopped by the Taco Bell in Cambridge, MD to order some food for the drive back. Instead of the pick up location being the Cambridge, MD location (I was parked right in front of the restaurant), my order went to this location on Woodfield Rd, 100 miles away. I immediately tried to cancel the order, it was less than 10 seconds after I submitted my order and my request was rejected because it said they were already preparing my order. I then called the store immediately and asked them to cancel the order. No luck, the manager said there was nothing they could do and the continued to prepare my order. She said to cancel it on the app and I told her it would not let me. She said to call the support number but she did not know what the number was. She said look it up on the app but didn't know where on the app to find it. There is no number to call, it's only a link to send an email message. I googled the number and had to wait over 45 minutes before I got someone on the phone to cancel the order and issue a refund. Do yourself a favor and delete the app. Avoid the Woodbridge Rd. location, the manager there needs some training. The last draw for me was when she hung up on me when I told her the support number was not on the app. She was clueless and...
Read moreWorst Taco Bell restaurant. The employees in this place are becoming lazy, unprofessional and very problematic. I used to love coming here as a kid and teen years ago. Employees were super nice and professional. Now not so much. They just hire anybody without background checks. Just random college kids. Several times in a row I've placed an order with this restaurant through uber eats and I always end up having the wrong order, missing orders or orders with missing ingredients and undone sloppy orders like this taco! Never order here again!
*EDIT * A friend of mine ordered 4 items from this particular place today through uber eats and received a completely wrong order. She ordered a chalupa box, Chipotle melt, and a gordita crunch but received ONE crunchwrap from an unsealed bag left at her door! Who does that? Uber refused to refund her and when she called this restaurant, the guy who answered the phone cursed her out and was rude. Very unprofessional. Corporate needs to inspect this place and fire unprofessional people. It's become very ratchet...
