Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Redlands

I went to the drive thru to order food. their screen that displays the order was not working so you could not see what the order was and had to rely on what they said. I ordered 2 loaded tiny tacos a kids meal with dasani water and fries and they repeated the order back to me 2 loaded tiny tacos. When i received the water it was not dasani and it was dingy and when i got home to eat the tacos were not loaded and the employee didn’t give us a receipt. I called jack in the box and when the employee answered the phone I told her my problem and she argued with me, but when she spoke about my order she said loaded tiny tacos. Then another employee got on the phone and asked what my problem was and when i explained i didn’t receive a receipt they asked for my number name and the last four digits of my card to get the receipt. Later they called back and said we were not charged for loaded tiny tacos just tiny tacos when i explained my issue and the miscommunication she didn’t care and proceeded to argue and tell me that i could pay the difference and even come get my receipt. “ We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal…” Although men are created equal, not all Jack in the Boxes are. Today I had the honor to order free mini tacos. A delicious bunch indeed. But, I ordered for pick-up and had ne'r gone to here. When i arrive to the establishment, i dupp'd the gateway to the inside. I tried both doors, walked towards the drive-thru, yet there hadn’t been a response. There was e'en a doorbell i rung yet, nought befell. Hence, mine last hope to get these mini delights was bidding the establishment. They told me i had bid the wrong place e'en though there was no other place to bid. Hence, defeated, I left, mini tacoless. I write this review not to shame the box, yet to say grant those delights to someone. To whoever those tacos are granted , i hope thou hast a brighter day due to those tacos. I'd be enchafed, yet 'twere free. Hence spread that kindness, jack in the box. I almost visit this place every day for delivery. Some of the stuff members are unprofessional dealing with customers. My main point of the review is how they handle delivery orders and what I face always when I go there. They have got plastic bags, paper bags sealing tapes but always some one just don’t care to do it right. So I always ask them to give me a plastic bag and seal my orders because that is the way should be delivered to the customers. It’s a big deal to ask a plastic bag and the way they treat you is unbelievable. I would like to ask them here how would they want it if it was their order.
