The Proposal Bridal Boutique - DO IT!!!! The best investment of your life! PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW! This is a story of how a wedding was saved because of Terry—a hero and the business owner.

Life threw a HUGE curveball at me. I found myself in a critical dilemma that was met and graciously resolved with the excellence and professionalism of the Proposal Bridal Boutique’s staff and owner Terry. My experience was noteworthy enough for me to recount it here.

Allow me to explain.

I was a bridesmaid for a wedding taking place at the Speakeasy located a few blocks away from The Proposal Bridal Boutique. The wedding was scheduled to begin at 4pm and at 3:30PM as final touches were being made on the bride’s wardrobe, we noticed that her veil was wrinkled to a fault. It could not be ignored.

I acted quickly walked with the veil to a nearby cleaner business who offered to steam it on extremely short notice. After a 5 minute wait, I returned at 3:45 PM and was met with the cleaner’s face of panic and horror. “I am so so so sorry!” he pled. In short, the steamer burnt a sizable hole in the tulle of the veil.

I did not have time to panic or berate the man. It goes without saying that he did not charge me. I took the veil and remembered that there was a nearby bridal store—The Proposal Bridal Boutique.

I called the business and hastily explained my dilemma. It was then that I met Terry, the wonderful owner. She not only offered to hand deliver a selection of veils right before the start of the wedding, but she lent it to the bride free of charge. And as agreed, I returned the veil the next morning.

This review is a tale of generosity and benevolence in a situation where blame and panic was not a solution. The bride and her entire family were grateful to Terry for her act of angelic generosity. The best experience!! I can't put into words enough about how blessed I feel to have found this place! I scheduled an appointment &arrived on the wrong day I was so embarrassed but they told me they could absolutely take me & have me try on dresses. I was with terry &she is a goddess, truly so kind &has incredible knowledge. I came back on my actual appointment day &they made me feel so special. They wrote my name on the outside of the door, the booked me at a time where we had the boutique to ourselves, she listened to my concerns and needs, gave me expert advice, &made me feel so comfortable! I brought six people with me who were all picking out dresses for me &she never once made anyone think she was bothered by anything! I found a dress literally the last few minutes of my appointment & she stayed open for me to take measurements &go over paperwork. I did not feel rushed &i felt like I was able to make my decision with a clear head. Terry, made my experience a magical one. Whenever I look back on the day I found my dress I will forever remember the amazing experience &Terry's kindness. The Proposal Bridal Boutique is one of a kind. From the moment my appointment started, I was treated with the utmost care, and so was my mother. When Becky showed me the 3 dresses she had chosen for me after going through my questionnaire, they were literally the 3 I had picked for myself while browsing at home. Immediately, I knew this appointment was going to be beyond what I had experienced at Pronovias in Beverly Hills. When I finally said “yes”, they walked me through the different options in regards to the customizing of my dress. Since this was my reception dress, I let them know that I didn’t really want any type of train on the dress because I hate the bustled look. They recommended that I get Maggie Sottero’s kick train customization, and I am so glad I did. It’s the tiniest train to where you still feel bridal, but not too much where you’re worried about people stepping on it the rest of the night.
