Normally eat here a lot and have no issues with my orders coming out correctly, sadly wasn’t the case with this last go around. Order was very very simple, but somehow they still got it wrong. I ordered a specific burrito off the menu, nothing complicated at all, and got an entirely different one instead. The entire time I was ordering the employee seemed to be laughing and goofing around on the other side which may be why I got the wrong food. Sucks dealing with this. Waste of money/food. Hope they can shape up a bit. Won’t be eating here for awhile
UPDATED: Not sure if I don’t speak correctly or if the employees are THAT slow in the head, but I’ve gotten the wrong stuff twice in a row now. Not sure what’s so hard about this, but it’s unscceptable. Maybe hire some people that have basic comprehension skills. It’s a little unreasonable at this point. I used to work fast food, it’s REALLY not that hard to get an order right. I’m not exactly sure how you can confirm an order with someone and still get it wrong, but the level of incompetence is honestly impressive...
Read moreI can't even count how many times I've come home from this location only to find I'm missing part of my order that I've paid for. The worst part is, I end up going hungry because I give my food to whichever of my kids didn't get their order. Tonight, an employee (Faith) restored my faith in this location. She checked, and double checked my order only to realize the kitchen staff had messed up my order twice. She went above and beyond, going back into the kitchen to make sure everything was correct, and I received everything I ordered, and my order came back more quickly than I thought it would. The up side (and the only reason I continue to go to this location despite rarely recieving everything I order) is their food quality is far superior to any other location I have been to. I've gone to other locations where the tacos barely have anything in them or they're smashed, and the staff is rude. I hope they treat Faith right, and hire more people like her, to make sure the business is presenting the type of reputation that will keep people...
Read moreI ordered two beef burritos and a chocolate milkshake. Wendy order taker handed me a cup I questioned as to whether I was getting a milkshake and she said no you're getting a Coke. I told her to cancel the order as the order was incorrect and she said no put your pin in because it's asking for it. I've never worked in retail or fast food however even I know from the customer side of the counter that if I ask for something and change to something else you need to know if I can order and do it again . Instead of arguing I put my pin in, well it rejected the order and she had to do that over with the milkshake instead of the coke . By this time it was obvious she didn't know what she was doing and she decided that the customer was going to pay for it. She couldn't do her job, I did not receive the order that I wanted had I kept my mouth shut and she proceeded to make it look like it was my fault.
