Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Redmond

Unfortunately this is just another failing fast food restaurant in Redmond.

I was there at 6:30 in the morning nobody inside nobody in the Drive-Thru and I pull up to the order window and they tell me that they can't figure out how to turn the grill and cooking equipment on to make breakfast...

I have a lot of questions with the statement like that.... What alternative equipment are you using to cook breakfast that you're not using to cook lunch/dinner? Why out of all excuses or things you could have said, would you admit to being too incompetent/not knowledgeable to turn on the equipment? Why would you not just call somebody and ask them how to turn it on rather than turning literally every single person down in the morning??? People wonder why fast food businesses are failing in Redmond, they couldn't serve, make or order breakfast in the morning, yet they obviously have more than one person on staff, so you're paying two people to stand there and do literally nothing well they literally turned down all their morning business, yikes 😬.

Long story short I drove off after they said they couldn't serve me breakfast, I went to another competitors drive-thru ordered my food, paid for my food and received my food all in less...

Just a ton of punk boys in here who were super rude and obviously didn't want to be there. Had to ask for my receipt so I could leave a review with Carl's JR and they gave me the restaurant copy that did not include the stores number to be able to leave that review so I called they restaurant to ask for it and they gave me a bogus number. Nicolas was our order taker in drive thru at 8:34pm on 8/26/21 he was very unpleasant and short with us. He appeared to be annoyed everytime he would ask if I wanted anything else I kept ordering. My chicken strips were burnt. He said they were out if ranch so I requested ketchup and never did get any of that either. The food was slopped together, onions on the super star with cheese even I asked for no onions! He honestly seemed to appear he had somewhere better to be than at work! There was not a ounce of professionalism or customer service. Not a single food item was finished that we ordered. Staff was very friendly and helpful 2 young boys and an older gentleman working tonight and I forgot to ask for no tomato or onion on my husband's Burger so when I got to the window to pay I said I'm so sorry can I please add 1 more famous star with no tomato onion I'm so so sorry and they said oh no it's no problem and they made me feel like I was not being a burden which I really appreciate because some restaurants you go to and they act like it's the end of the world if you forget to add something to your order I just got done working a 12 hour shift so I was very appreciative to be met with good customer service after I just spent 12 hours giving away my best customer service And they are always very friendly when I use coupons too which I appreciate because some places roll their eyes at me when I use coupons but every penny counts And so does every review which is why I took the time to write this one because I just wanted you guys to know you did awesome tonight and I really...
