Subway — Restaurant in Redmond

I like the food but the last time I was there I was helped by a young man who was doing a wonderful job but then a manager came over with a bad attitude I could tell the young man was in training and she was training him she very rudely put him down in front of me completely took over what he was making me. He did not need her help I felt he was doing a great job handy little by the look in his face that she discouraged him and made him feel bad. There were a couple more young people working and I wasn't sure if she was training them or not but she was very rude to them in front of the customers and again you could see by the look in their face that they were discouraged and she made them feel bad I think they should get rid of that manager and replace her with the young people that were being trained they were more adult than she could ever be if you young people read this I want you to know that just because somebody older than you is telling you how to do your job it doesn't mean they're right in your heart you know right from wrong so I say follow your heart you all did a wonderful job I regret not sticking up for you but if I'm in that situation again I will definitely stick up for whoever is...

Used drive-thru, so I could quickly input my order and get through. When I pulled in there were no cars parked and just one person in front of me in the drive-thru that was done almost immediately when I pulled around the corner to see the window. I pulled forward and wasn't paying attention as I was the only order they should've had to worry about. After several minutes passed, I looked up confused at what took so long to see 3 workers one of which was clearly new, and none of them were working on my order. Instead they waited until the walk in orders, that showed up after my order was placed, were all completed before starting on the one sandwich that I ordered. As I left the parking lot I noticed there were at least 5 cars that weren't there before, all had their orders completed before mine. Not that it's a big deal, but in addition after everything else my sandwich was not toasted, even though I had selected...

I am not usually this petty but this frustrates me. I get supreme meats which I normally get so I always watch them make it at different locations. I ask for fresh mozzarella (pay extra, which is standard) but then she puts the smallest edge she can find to call that a piece. I ask for spinach and I get 4 leaves of spinach and she asks “how’s that?” I ask for olives, I get 3 little pieces. I have to get extra of every single thing I ask, except for onions of course because I don’t want my breath to stink, so that was perfectly scarce. If I had been in the drive through not seeing it get made, I would have ended up paying $9 for spinach flavoured meat bread.

Almost forgot to mention, but the lady behind the counter was not pleased with me wanting to swap the quarter sized slice of mozzarella and all the “extras” I asked for.

Haven’t had to ask for “extra” anything in any other city.
