Sadly this place seems to have gone down hill the last year. They used to be one of my top coffee spots. I am disabled and don't drive so I have been ordering through door dash. Last week the bisquits and gravy were hard and old. I also got a note in my bag saying they will start charging extra for NO ICE. Which I am fine with even though no where else I am aware of does this, but this time they ignored the request for no ice and put ice anyway and didn't add the creamer I paid extra for. Bisquits and gravy were hard and old once again. The menu has also been shortened on door dash and cappuccino is no longer available for some months and now the kids menu is gone as well. I probably won't be ordering from this establishment again anytime soon. But will eventually revisit in hopes that they re improve back to how they used to be. I see the reviews from a year ago were most 5 star and some 4 star then this past year there are more complaints and 2 star reviews. The other coffee shops I’ve been to in town were drive thrus —when I stepped in and saw the inviting atmosphere with tables and chairs to sit I was pleased. I liked seeing the historical old train depot with all of it’s railroad history and atmosphere! The clean, pretty barista met me professionally and welcomed me to the shop. She kindly invited me to enjoy my cinnamon roll in the shop. And she encouraged me to try something new with my coffee, which was wonderful. I live just minutes away and will certainly be a regular. The ease and convenience of pulling right in the depot makes it a great location. The menus on the walls were easy to read and everything so clean and shiny.
