First and foremost, the staff at this Starbucks were consistently rude and inattentive. From the moment I entered the store, I was met with indifference and a lack of willingness to assist customers. It was disheartening to witness their disengagement and dismissive behavior towards patrons who were simply seeking a pleasant coffee experience.
Furthermore, it was evident that the store was significantly understaffed. There were noticeably long queues, and the limited number of employees seemed overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the demand. This resulted in excessive waiting times, even when there were only a few customers present. It was frustrating to see such a lack of organization and efficiency within the store's operations.

Also no wide variety menu just small laminated generic menus. And were in such a rush to get me out cause they were closing in about 5 mins. All I ordered was a grande cold brew… both seemed like they hate their job to be honest. I would think getting at least $20 an hour now would lighten workers up even though we’re now paying more for these drinks.
