TL;DR: Don't come during the day, or if ownership is making the food. You can taste the cost cutting taking place and they will short your sandwich.
If your margins are so thin that you can't provide a product that competes in the area for a similar price then the writing's on the wall. There is no way in creation that I would pay full price for what was put forth.
There is a dichotomy that exists at this location. When the sandwich is made from someone who is an employee and not part of ownership, one can taste the difference. I've tasted both, and I will actively avoid spending my money here whenever it's not an employee.
