As a loyal customer, I had an extremely disappointing experience this Friday. I placed an order through the app for pick-up, and it was supposed to be ready by 12:10pm. However, when I arrived at 12:15pm, I was told by a staff member that my order was still being processed. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I inquired with the store manager about the status of my order, and was told that orders from delivery apps are typically slower, but my order was in the process.

My frustration grew when, at 12:35pm, after standing in the store for a total of 20 minutes in a workday, I asked the manager once again about my order. To my shock, he checked the system and informed me that they couldn't locate my order. They proceeded to ask what I had ordered and offered to create it on the spot. Not once during this ordeal did they offer an apology for the inconvenience.

Update: 3 months later from my last review and they are still KILLING IT with their lack of ability to actually put their trash into a garbage can and save our wildlife. Their employees are so lazy they just drop everything straight onto the ground. They can’t say it belongs to anyone else as you can see the shipping labels!
