Elizabeth's Pizza — Restaurant in Reidsville

The manager, or owner.... not sure honestly, told us that our group was only allowed to use coupons if everyone’s meal was on the same ticket. (8 of us total 3 seperate bills total in actuality) therefore one person had to pay for everyone’s meal which seemed very unprofessional. Also my wife ordered the spinach ravioli, the dish was 10.25 and consisted of tomato sauce and 5 spinach raviolis. They almost seemed previously frozen and didn’t have much of a taste at all, it may have been worth paying 5$ for. The bread that comes with the pasta was as hard as a brick and super chewy....and to top it all off my Alfredo on the menu was marked at 9.25, and it rung up on the ticket as 10.25. After asking the guy to adjust the price, he came to our table to tell us that it was a menu typo and that they are in the process of updating the menu... I then had to explain that we had intentions on paying the price for the meal and price labeled, not the one that has magically appeared. He then mentioned he would fix it, over all it seemed very unprofessional for a typical Elizabeth’s pizza, also the pictures on the walls were crooked. Highly...

If i could give no stars I would, I ordered over the phone and the girl read my order back and everything was correct, I went to pick it up and use my debit card to pay. Got home and found I was charged a $4.25 tip charge? (For coming to pick up??) Then we started to eat and both cheese steaks were not made the way I ordered, which I was also charged for extra cheese, extra mushrooms (there wasn't even a mushroom on my sandwich) so I called the next day and talk to one of the waitresses and explained what happened she took my name and phone number and promised me the Manager/Owner would be calling me within the hour. That was on 9/30/21 and it is now 10/3/21 and haven't heard one word from anyone there. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from there and will NEVER order from this establishment again, I don't care if you run 2 restaurants you should put every customer 1st and I was just forgotten. So take your chance that your order is right or order elsewhere is my recommendation. Final thought the onion rings were so mushy I had to throw them away. Waste of...

Went here to have a nice supper with my husband and daughter. It wasn't busy when we got there, there were two couples at the tables and two young gentlemen at the bar. As soon as the host grabbed the menus she stops and says we are taking to go orders only. So of course I am confused because they have their hours listed as open til 11PM. Also there is no signage anywhere to explain that they are closing TWO HOURS EARLY. So I mentioned that fact and she looks at me and says yeah well we are understaffed. So we place our order and as we are waiting I realized that there was four girls sitting at the bar folding up silverware. Understaffed? Not really! As a server can have up to five tables. Then while waiting one of the girls walk over to a table and takes an order!! So I just keep calm continue to wait on our food and then left. Only to get back to the motel room and realize that we have no plasticware or napkins!!! Only good thing about this...
