Bully's Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Reno

This was such a bad experience that I am writing my first review ever. I began a new job not far from Bully's and thought it'd be a great place for lunch and after work. NOT! I went in on my lunch hour and ordered the boneless wings with nitro sauce and asked they not be breaded. "Sure, honey", the waitress said. 20 minutes later, I get bone-in breaded wings. I repeat my original order, waitress apologies, and she takes it back. 20 minutes later....wings come back. Boneless, but breaded and the wrong sauce. Jeez. So I tell the waitress AGAIN: boneless, not breaded, nitro sauce. Since time is running out, I ask they be to go and if I can get a to-go cup for my large soda (which was 5% soda and 95% ice), but I didn't mention it. She goes back again and, fingers crossed, I may actually get something to eat for lunch other than ice at this place. She brings me the to-go cup right away (yay!) then 15 minutes later the to-go order. Good thing I work nearby, as I would have been late getting back. Starving, thanks to having to send my order back multiple times, I open the container in the car as I'm driving back to work hoping to eat something so I don't starve before 5 pm. WRONG ORDER!!!! Got the bone-in wings- breaded, of course, with some disgusting sweet sauce that was inedible and was all very cold. Definitely...

Absolutely filthy place. The smoking side hasn't been updated in YEARS it appears. Went in 4 weeks ago to have a couple beers and play some pool. Went back yesterday and chalk that was on the carpet 4 weeks ago was STILL there. The bar is falling apart, the gaming is SUPER tight, and the area hasn't been truly cleaned in years. I have been going to other Bully's locations for a long time but this is likely the last we will stop by the Galena location.

The bartenders are great for the most part. Friendly and quick with drinks and food. The food is far too overpriced for the quality and what you get. For some reason every time I order the same thing it comes out differently? I'm done ordering food here for the cost/quality- Flowing Tide it is.

Advice for management: CLEAN. It's appalling that the same spills and crumbs on the floor are still there after over a MONTH. The bar is generally empty- your staff has more than enough time to spruce that place up. It makes me question what the kitchen looks like- gross. Wish there was a Flowing Tide here instead- they seem to care about investing in their locations quite a bit more than can be said about this Bully's.

Horrible experience! Waiter neglected us. After about 10 min of being there, finally took a drink order, another 10 -15 to take food order( in which another waitress said she would take our order. I said to our party, put your menus down or they will never come by." Waited 45 min for food, while other people came in after us, got their food, eating it, then we finally got ours just to be mediocre at best. Nacho's were a joke, if you could call them nacho's. Didn't even eat them. ! When they were served, I asked the waiter,' What are these" ? He said nachos. I said , No these aren't. " Not one order of food was satisfactory, except the kids mini corn dogs. Those were hot. But how do you goof those up. And do kids care? Never came by for refills on drinks. Except to ask us if we wanted another beer. they got those to us in a timely manner, but not on the 1st round. Assistant manager tried to explain away why they were having an off night. My husband finally walked away, after the ass. Mgr. just kept talking. I actually think this this pretty much the norm there. Last time I went, it wasn't much better.. SERIOUSLY Doubt I will...
