Dynasty China Bistro — Restaurant in Reno

Right as I walked in the door I was welcomed by a lady with a friendly smile. It's very clean, cozy with soft music playing. I was looking at the menu, a nice young man came out of the kitchen and I described what I wanted to order. I'm on the picky side but he was going to make it work! Boy did he ever! He even went over how the chicken would come on a bed of crispy noodles. I prefer just steamed rice and once again, he accommodated my request. I never had a Crab Rangoon before...YUM! The entire order was delicious and worth every penny.

The food no doubt was great but I think I want to say the people working were exceptional. If every business followed their "customer service ways" this world would be a much better place.

Absolutely wonderful service and food. The waitress was so polite and helpful. We had water, 2 different drinks, and tea - she made sure each cup was filled. When she served our food she made sure to put a pot sticker on each of our plates and then served our rice when the food arrived. I really liked the tea we were served so I had asked what kind it was. At the end of the meal the waitress brought me some of the tea in a bag to go with our leftovers. That was the cherry on top. I've had good service before but I have never had a server be that considerate and authentic. I wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars. I left here feeling extremely homesick because the service reminded me of being doted on at my grandmother's house....

This place is great. My understanding is they changed ownership recently, and have improved an already great place. Everyone on staff is so kind, and you feel the sincere appreciation. While other establishments have cut corners durning Covid and suffered. These great people have improved quality ingredients, service, and staff. The chicken is white meat, and the vegetables are fresh, even the fish dishes are phenomenal. If you want to try a special place, that has a positive kind family owned team. Please give a try you will not be disappointed and hopefully will remember how great dining out was before Covid. ...
