I enjoy the coffee, although the most recent time and the last time I will ever go one staff member was very rude. We ordered 2 coffees, one for me and one for a friend. My friend used her fully stamped loyalty card for her drink and I handed the staff member my one stamp away from full loyalty card and my payment. I was anticipating being able to get my free drink the next time I went, but instead the staff member handed me back a new loyalty with 1 stamp and my payment. When I politely asked where my almost full loyalty card was, she denied me ever even giving it to her several times. I have been coming here for a long time, i will continue to come here because i love their food and coffee, most of the time the ladies are very nice. i understand working costumer and the burnout it brings especially when you have insufferable people. however this last time i went, the ladies were so mean to me and very judgmental, i guess i mumbled because one of them snapped at me. i don’t appreciate it and it was extremely uncomfortable to sit there and be judged and i clearly was an annoyance to them. i still left a tip bc again i understand costumer service but it was very sad and i left...

The drinks are really good, but some of the workers are rude. I asked for my regular order, and they made it wrong. They proceeded to repeatedly tell me I asked for something that SOMEONE ELSE, who was two orders away from me, asked for. I kept getting told that I “switched my order at the end”.
