La Estacion Neveria & Snacks — Restaurant in Reno

I went in 30 minutes after opening to get an esquite. Went in the the super young employee told me they just opened and that nothing it ready yet. And said it would take 5 minutes for the esquite. I waited it ended up being a little over 10 minutes. The other employee was sitting in the lobby watching TV. For my first time there and seeing other reviews I was very disappointed. We were visiting the area and craving some snacks, La Estacion did not disappoint! There were so many flavors to choose from in ice cream scoops or popsicles (tienen de agua y de crema!), tostilocos and eskite hit the spot along with the salsa estacion and they didn't mind making accommodations. We also had their aguas, and just like everything else, were so delicious! The owners were some of the nicest and friendliest people. If you're in the area, I would definitely recommend...

La Estacion carries more ice cream flavors than all other ice cream places in Reno... combined. They have over 25 different flavors (I lost count after that) of ice cream and water ice popcicles, too. Their prices are also lower than most places.
