Some of MY Arts and 🎨 Crafts🖌I had to WAIT 2YEARS to show My Talents which ALSO made a lot of Jealousy, animosity among SOME of the Pinukle"Click" that got So noisey arguing over a stupid game! THEY could be as loud as THEY wanted but when a Black U.S. Senior Citizens couple was singing a Gospel son🎵out loud, we get "Be Quiet!" So Disrespectful and Discrimination in February, Black History Month, My Birthday Month which we are too old to 'keep walking away"! We're Tired of 2 Years 'just ignore the disrespect and keep walking away everytime THEY want to have loud arguing Pinukle, Majung, Bingo games! I guess we won't be getting any respect for contributing to the Meal On Wheels Programs, either but we DID meet some very respectful Staff, Thank you, Victor, Mindy, Shantel, Leah, Nadia, Bonnie, Judy, Daina and not last or...

I've dropped by McKinley many times. Sometimes I'm just there resting on their benches, watching the Riverwalk folk walk or jog by. Sometimes I'll stop inside for gallery shows that so far all had really unique artworks. Last visit was an animal fair of sorts. Artists, booths, vendors, foor. It was cool (and fun seeing pets all over). Later, you have to come relax and hang around the Food Trucks. Or catch other events and festivals there. Seems like I always stumble upon the coolest fairs and events there. Like, all the time as the weather turns to "Ahhh." You'll see... always something fun to do there and especially in that awesome downtown neighborhood adjacent to the Riverwalk and the Truckee...

Events here are not friendly to Seniors and mobility impaired people. They regularly occupy handicapped parking spaces for their vendors without providing substitute handicapped parking. Update. Situation the same. I was there recently and the city was storing a trailer in the handicapped unloading zone.
