Cinnabon — Restaurant in Reno

I went into the mall specifically to go to Cinnabons. I have their app and was given a reward for my birthday and also had a drink reward. One reward was going to expire that day and the other reward was set to expire the next day. The rewards state "one coupon per purchase" I made one purchase and redeemed one coupon then when attempting to make my second purchase the cashier tells me I can't do that. I HAVE A NUT ALLERGY AND THEY ALMOST KILLED ME!!! Literally says on the ticket 'classic Cinnabon. Apparently they don't read their online orders and just send whatever they want to you. I ordered classic NORMAL Cinnabons and they sent pecan. I have a nut allergy and this seems like they don't care about almost killing their customers.
