Where to begin on this review, brought my wife and daughter here to enjoy some pizza after being told that this place was the âgo-toâ for pizza. Absolutely not. Wasnât greeted while stepping into the establishment. Which I get it, busier place, brand new, tons of newcomers. Thatâs fine. Oh well. Had to fight through a line of people just to grab a menu because nobody had the decency to scoot aside. Awesome. Upon getting to the counter and ordering was told we werenât able to put split ingredients on our food (well for nearly $100 in food, thatâs a little irritating, especially coming from someone who has food allergies such as myself who canât eat certain things that his wife can. Whatever.) Their âbig bonfire Detroitâ style pizza is nothing more than breadsticks covered in red sauce, cheese and the accoutrements that make a pizza. Wings were good. No complaints there. Their meatballs were pretty good until you got to the ice cold ones in the middle (do a food check next time) but pizza was overall 4/10. I spent my hard earned money for pimped out breadsticks when I couldâve went to pizza plus and got a whole meal that couldâve fed a family of 5. Other than the food I got to watch some in store drama, a older âmanagerâ by the name of Guy reprimanding his employees in front of a restaurant is just the âflavorâ that this pizza place needs, NOT. Thereâs a time and a place to reprimand your employees, aside of the employees looking like theyâd rather be anywhere else other than work who couldnât force a smile on their face in front of customers. Come on, Coach your employees elsewhere please. Not only that, the âGuyâ manager is awfully handsy, BIG RED FLAG in my opinion, You can talk to your employees and correct them on your work without putting your hands on them, keep your hands to yourself, donât grab your employees by the shoulder or bicep and donât caress your female employees elbows. Definitely made things uncomfortable for my wife, child and I while we were trying to enjoy our lunch. With awkward environment comes in depth and detailed Google Review
I witnessed everything Iâm posting here. This âGuyâ needs to be talked to about how he âhandlesâ business. Cause I can assure you. He wouldnât be touching me if I was an employee.
All in all, Go to Pizza Plus. This place is a massive Bust. Thatâs $100 Iâll never get...
Read moreLongboards is really working hard at providing great food, drink and Customer Service. We have been going now since they opened and it just keeps getting better and busier. It is a very nice building with a variety of great seating options indoors and outdoors, very open and light with several Big Screen TV's all around the walls. There are normally many families there with small children, great place for kids. My wife and I have tried several of the basic Pizza's; Pepperoni, Sausage, Pineapple, Mozzarella, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, all classic or thin crust so far, and it is a really well made pizza with excellent ingredients and flavor, always cooked just about right. We have tried the Burrata, Caesar Salad and the Garden Salad, all are very well made and very generous in size and ingredients including Croutons and Dressings and very tasty. The Self Pour Beer Bar is excellent with many really good specialty beers and breweries. It does also have wine and mixed drinks, we have not tried any of those yet. They do Half Off Taps on Tuesdays, 50% off all beer, ciders, and sours The staff is really conscientious, helpful and nice, they are very attentive and responsive. There is also a great Frozen Yogurt shop directly across the outdoors seating and breezeway that is really good. We love this place and look forward to dining here for many years to come. Visited again 07/10 and was really fantastic. Usual MacDaddy (loaded 2 types Pepperoni) and added Bell Peppers and Mushrooms, it was really loaded, perfectly made and cooked. Staff here is consistently kind, gracious, and very helpful. They are clearly and visibly teaching and working at providing excellent customer service. 06/28/25 Another delicious and fun early dinner with our grandson. They always give us Croutons and Ranch dip for him and he loves it. We also had a Ceasar Salad and it was really good, like excellent. We did also have two pizzas and one was my usual MacDaddy (Double Pepperoni) which I always add Bell Peppers and Mushrooms to it, and it was delicious and perfect as usual. All of the people who work there are always competent, gracious, helpful and just nice. 07/18/25, really tasty large Ceasar Salad, excellent dressing, fresh shaved parmesan and plenty of...
Read moreTook my son here on a Friday night around 5:30pm. Place was packed. We were able to pick up a couple of seats at a larger table we shared with another party. For as busy as it was, the food came out quickly and it was nice and hot. We just ordered the Mack Daddy Pepperoni and I got a beer wristband. I loved all of the options for the beers! The staff was friendly and plenty of them were around to help clear tables and check on people. A lady came up to us and offered me a sample of a cocktail they were promoting. I forget her name now, but she was so nice and shook my hand and thanked us for coming out. Maybe the owner? I told her that we loved the food and my son is a pizza fanatic! We are excited to bring my husband with us when he gets back from an extended work trip. I am eager to try new menu items next time we go. It was difficult to find a table and still a little chilly to brave eating on the outdoor patio so maybe get there early before the rush on weekends or try during the week. We...
