Terrible experience twice. My son created a Christmas wish box - I received a call it was going to expire BEFORE Christmas, when we set up the box the man never told us there was an expiration date or we would have waited. Before we went down to make a new one, he found the box and said he will extend the date through Christmas. My husband and I go down on 12/20 to purchase the remainder of the box for our son's Christmas/Santa presents and the box was gone. The owner made excuses that some woman came in and purchased the whole box, nobody in our family did that, he kept making it seem like this was a good thing that some woman came in and purchased the rest of it. We ended up having to scramble to find the items for our son that were in the box as the store was sold out of most of them. We never got an apology from either owner - they disappeared after making terrible excuses. I refuse to give my money to this store and will spread the word to our friends. So...

Need a toy store that's locally owned and operated then look no further! The staff in the store are really kind and the store gives you nothing but nostalgia making us wish we could have found the Fountain of Youth to keep us all young! I came in looking for gifts and was pleasantly surprised to find such a great plethora of toys available. There's a section in the store for candy, hot wheels, board games, books, and there's a bunch of play tables throughout the store that look very inviting for children to try out the toys. Since we no longer have Toys R Us this is definitely a great local toy store to see as an adult! They also do complimentary gift wrapping! I would say this has to be one of the BEST toy stores on the west coast of the United States!

This is a family-owned, small business that carries a vast array of toys and candy… John, the store owner and the entire staff couldn’t be friendlier if they tried. They’re very helpful and offer complimentary gift wrapping.
