I bought a🐒set of pots from the posh store at the summit mall in Reno in September. I burnt some herbs in water on my stove three months later and the bottom of the four uart pot buckled inside and out. They wouldn't swap it out under their lifetime warranty, after I was told they would and drove it over there. Now they want me to mail it to "corporate headquarters" since it's longer than 30 days. Now the bottom of my big pot is spotting in the shape of the heating element on my stove from simply boiling water. I still have to drive back again and get the four quart pot. I agree w prior reviews. Some of the sales staff are very unfriendly. We did our wedding registry through here. We had to return several items and each time it took over 30 mins for someone to help w make the return. They didn't let me exchange for other items in store. I was given an e-merch card which then didn't work online. When I went back asking for help they said I had to call the national customer service and couldn't help me. Poor quality workmanship and metals. My five quart pot warped inside and out boiling water, three months after I purchased a $900 set that supposedly had a "lifetime" warranty. The retail store (Summit mall) sent me to corporate, corporate sent me back to the store, and basically there is no warranty, it was a lie.
