Super disappointing.. #1. Stale Bread, had to change it out when we got home. #2,. Roast Beef was Not ok. Funky taste. Didn’t get sick, but just tasted off. #3. The ONLY reason I gave 3 stars was for the poor girl working behind the counter practically by herself. Don’t know what the issue was with the guy and girl working around 7:30-8:00 pm on Tuesday 10/21. If you don’t like making sandwiches then find another job but to make rude comments and glare at customers for coming in and ordering is ridiculous. It’s not anyone’s fault but yours that you work in a sandwich shop and have to work until 8 pm. Guess what princess. I work at 4 am. Absolutely amazing customer service!! Upon entering Tuesday night about a hour before closing the staff were very polite and friendly greeting me as I walked in. They keep their store very clean and everything is always fresh and taste good. Both staff closing that were working hard and were able to hold a friendly conversation while still remaining quick and preparing my sandwich to my standards.
