Starbucks — Restaurant in Reno

Stopped by this morning around 8:30. Saw the drive through was approx 8-10 deep so I parked and went inside. The line was to the door. I discovered they had been impacted by the same power outage I experienced at my home this morning fr 4 to 6:30 a.m. The outage even caused one of their 2 in store cash registers to crash. My cashier had a smile on his face the entire time. Despite the long lines, the employees remained friendly and as efficient as they could with the crowds. I saw the store manager move 2 employees to other tasks at which they smiled and got right on it. Kudos to the staff at the Starbucks @ McCarran & Lakeside! I had used this location for years and recently every time I have gone here the coffee has been a mess.. I am getting charged for the right size but receiving the wrong size and my frapps have been chunky with ice and no flavor. I usually don't ask for a re-make because I'm in the drive through and the line is long or I have no time to go in... Plus I don't want to be rude. The staff is nice but seems to be over rushing to just throw my drink at me so I can go even when I'm the only one in the drive through.. I Spend enough money on coffee a month because I have tried all others and don't like them all I'm looking for is coffee that tastes as it should... I like this store, but for the past month or 2 there's an employee there that isn't very good at making a green tea latte. I think it's a blonde girl. Every time I get her, she's short, no greeting like the rest of the employees, and one time when I ordered a venti, and she have me grande cups. I asked her if this was right, and she blew off with something like, " yeah, we're out of the venti but this is the same..". And quickly she shut the drive thru window. I know knowbody wants a confrontation but that was ridiculous. When I see this girl, my green teas are never properly stirred, the taste is always bland, and if I ask for a hot drink, I get an iced drink. When I don't see her, my green...
