McDonald's — Restaurant in Renton

I went to the McDonald's and I went to order lunch off the kiosk. I had to use the restroom so there was a woman at the counter and I asked excuse me I need to use Vanhessh mind you I'm in a girly wicked shirt shortsand I asked for bathroom code and she said okay sir and I'm like... (I'm a biological female.)and it caught me off guard and as I'm correcting her she walks me to the bathroom hall and she went straight to the men's and said there you Go sir and I said again I'm a girl and I use the girls bathroom and she just looked at me and was like oh oh sorry (Definitely not in her tone had attitude) so now I'm crying and was so upset I grabbed my food and went home my family saw me in tears and called the store spoke to someone named Cathy who found out the employer's name who misgendered me was Vhenesh and was beyond sweet I'm a regular there and Cathy said she knows me and knows I'm a girl and have been there plenty of times and any time I come I'm talent to to the women's and my dad said no matter who it is it's. It's not okay to look at someone and call them sir and then take them to the men's bathroom after being corrected Cathy said that was not okay and that they would talk to a higher up because my dad wanted to know what would be done it's not okay. So Today 08/20 Bree Called my father back. Beyond disgusting rude and nasty attitude saying basically I don't know what you're trying to get out of this sir and my dad is trying to explain it's not okay to treat customers like that and the lady who has done this to me needs to be dealt with. And how many times has she done this and mistreated people. Nasty attitude. This is the McDonald's that is near work and I go there all the time a lot of the employees have seen me before and know if I asked for the bathroom code they take me straight to the women so IDK why this woman was beyond rude judging my looks and just decided to take me to the men's room, call me sir when I'm obviously a woman corrected her that I am a woman. Then to find out her excuse was my receipthas my name Sam on it and I'm sorry but since when Is Sam only a boys name??? Sam is for Samantha or Sammie and I have a mom who also goes to the store and her name is Martie and they never once sent her to the male bathroom I feel completely disgusted, embarrassed and upset that they treated me this way and I want action to be done for this woman and this women to be fired because she should not be treating anybody like this at all Do...

I frequent this McDonalds on a weekly basis and was looking forward to their competing Spicy Chicken Sandwich against Chik Fila and Pop Eyes. First of all the meal COST ME near $9 which in my opinion makes it a Premium Deluxe Fast Food Item and boy I was disappointed in the meal I received. The meal was SMALL COMPARED TO WHAT I WANT, their rivals are far bigger and provide more meat for the $$$$$ price. The buns of the chicken sandwich was SOGGY from being in their bag and the MEAT PATTY was small on the bun and feels like a chicken nugget.

My first bite of this meal was DIGUSTING, I was disappointed and was one of the worst fast food meals I have ever had. It was BONE DRY, zero moisture and I could not taste any CHICKEN flavor at all the only thing I could taste was their spicy sauce and pickles. All my other bites in this meal were met with the same FLAVOR as the first.

I am saddened by McDonalds attempt in producing a Chicken Sandwich, I will not be purchasing this Spicy Chicken again, but will stick to my snack of three DOLLAR MENU BURGERS that are far better than this. If not for my weekly cravings for the McDonald burgers, I would not purchase from from these places again.

We went through the drive through and ordered 5 meals. 2 of which were bacon egg cheese mcgriddles. When we got home, we realized we received regular bacon mcmuffins, but they were in mcgriddle wrappers. This was AFTER they upcharged us for lemonades and orange juices because their soda machine was down. You'd think if the soda machine was down, there would be NO upgrade charge for the ONLY options left! When we went back inside, we asked to speak to a manager. Jessica, was extremely rude. She not only took back the sandwiches with the receipt but she asked us multiple times what the issue was even though I had told her right when we walked in. She had someone else hand us the sandwiches so we asked to talk to her again and asked for an apology and she said "sorry" with an extreme attitude and walked away from us. I will NEVER go back here even though it's convenient since it's kind of close to us. We've recently had nothing but issues and received no apologies and had to waste our own time coming back to get our orders correct.
