I went into this sprint store located at the northgate mall in revere i was thinking about switching over from metro and heard about sprints promotion through my husband that has sprint himself. Want to give a shout out to T-Mobile in Northgate squire rd for excellent service. Especially Stephenie M. I walked in day after new year with a problem I had no answer for when suddenly my T-Mobile angel walked my way and greeted my with a Happy New Year how can I help you!! I explained my situation and she immediately jumped into action, grabbed her magic pad worked her magic and before I knew it she had answers, instructions and best of all a solution to my dilemma. Stephenie was awesome, she was understanding, extremely knowledgeable, and made feel like a person. I wish there were more representatives just like her. I found my new home. Terrible location. I ordered a phone online for in-store pickup and received an email confirming that it was ready. However, when I arrived, not one employee acknowledged me—no greeting, no wave, nothing. The staff were lazy and incompetent, clearly unwilling to offer even basic customer service. After I approached the counter, I was told that my phone wasn’t ready, despite the confirmation email, and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes. To make matters worse, the staff tried to upsell me on plans even tho I was already all set. Which felt both misleading and unnecessary. The overall experience was terrible due to there laziness.
